The room was clean and well-equipped. The bathroom was really nice. The cons is that we had to wait quite a long time to check in, as a large group that arrived after us was processed first. However, the front desk staff was very kind and explained everything patiently. The cooking utensils were not very clean, so it’s best to wash them before use. But overall, I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Rouen.

Private parking is in high security. Location is near to La Halles where u can buy coffee n breads, n fruits. Its location is also near to the attractions.

I met a young girl at the front desk who had just started working. I had already paid the room fee to Ctrip, but she wanted to charge me again. However, Ctrip later called to explain and it was solved happily.

The location is excellent, near the river. The room is compact, the bed can be folded, which is convenient, and there is a small kitchen. The underground garage is not easy to find. It is recommended to ask at the front desk first.
