Stayed at Mount Breeze for 3 days and 2 nights. Great overall visit. Starting from the food, there is a great spread and suits many dietary requirements. The staff in the hotel are all extremely friendly and were always smiling. The pool was great and it was quite clean. The rooms were perfect and couldn't ask for anything better. Only downside really is the beach, very rarely will you get the chance to swim because of the rough currents that occur frequently, locals and lifeguards will inform you about it. In the morning, it's a bit calmer. But swim at your own risk. Overall great visit, would come again.

We had a truly lovely stay at Mount Breeze. The place is simple and without luxury, which we expected, and it gives the hotel a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The service was absolutely wonderful. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring about our comfort. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was a real highlight, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Enjoying our meals with the ocean right outside and the warm evening breeze around us was a beautiful experience. That said, some areas would benefit from a bit of maintenance and updating. With a little attention, this place could be even better. Overall, we appreciated the warm atmosphere, great service, and beachfront location. Thank you for the stay and the memories!

Had an amazing stay @ Mount Breeze! The views are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had everything we needed. The pool area is stunning and the whole Hotel has a very calm, premium feel. Perfect for a group getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

As a traveler from the UK visiting Sri Lanka for the first time with my family, staying at Mountbreeze Hotel and Restaurant was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth and friendliness, instantly giving us the comfort of a home away from home. Our room was spotless, extremely clean, and offered a breathtaking ocean view that made every morning feel magical. Hygiene standards were clearly a top priority, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The beachfront restaurant was another highlight — the setting was perfect, and the seafood dishes were not only delicious but also very budget-friendly, making it easy to indulge without worry. This hotel has perfectly blended comfort, hospitality, and value. I will definitely return with friends on my next trip and will be recommending Mountbreeze to all my family and friends back home.

Worst place I have ever been to. I booked a room by paying money at the check-in, they took my license. When I try to check-out they wouldn't let me have my license. They asked me another 5k to get my own license. And they wouldn't let me leave the hotel without paying that money. They are cheaters and thief
