Not good only want more money

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my overall experience fell significantly short of expectations, prompting me to bring several concerns to your attention. Firstly, while I acknowledge the hotel's convenient proximity to the airport, its location near numerous factory areas appears quite unusual. The service quality, particularly the professionalism of your staff, especially at the reception, has been notably lacking, causing considerable discomfort during my stay. Furthermore, the room quality is subpar, compounded by the absence of windows, which not only contributes to an unpleasant atmosphere but also invites a significant mosquito presence, creating discomfort for guests. I must also emphasize safety concerns within the deluxe room, such as open power sockets. Despite lodging a complaint, the issue was only addressed by covering the sockets with brown tape. Even after requesting a room change, the replacement room's restroom proved to be of inadequate quality. The lack of regular cleaning and an absent dustbin outside my room for five days further exacerbated the growing list of grievances. Adding to the distress, the hotel's approach to pest control has been both uninformed and distressing. Unannounced pesticide spraying, particularly when guests with children are present, is highly inappropriate, leading to discomfort, coughing, and the discovery of smog outside the premises upon investigation. Another significant issue is the inconsistent water supply and the hotel staff's unresponsiveness to requests. Multiple attempts to contact the staff via phone went unanswered, hindering communication and the prompt addressing of concerns. Living in the hotel with my young children has magnified the impact of these issues, and the delayed response to my complaints only adds to my frustration. I have attached some images to illustrate the conditions in the deluxe room, underscoring the urgent need for your attention to these matters. I sincerely hope for your immediate action to rectify these concerns, ensuring a more comfortable and safe experience for all guests. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, and I look forward to a swift resolution.

Worst experience. Tiles broken, door handle broken lot of things. We asked for a breakfast in the room and the waiter said that breakfast is not included with the rate. You have to pay for breakfast. I had booked this room for Mr.Hatim Kazi as a surprise. But the hotel literally spoiled my surprise. Mr. Kazi is not at all happy and we wanted a full refund for this as we didn’t pay for a room like this.

Staying at Hotel Apex International was a delight, especially for my early morning flight. It's practically at the airport's doorstep, and the convenience is unmatched. Definitely coming back for sure!

It was an amazing stay. Everything was nice, the staff was supportive and the rooms were nice everything was pleasant . Love the way they greeted us their hospitality is very nice. I will really recommend everyone who is looking for a nice stay must visit this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at hotel Apex international. What’s best is It is very close to the airport. Mr Faizal at the reception was a very kind person and helped made our stay comfortable. The food was very tasty. Definitely coming back here and recommending everyone else too!
