There were cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. The ac was giving a foul smell. Not good cleanliness.

As mentioned in the previous comments, rooms are not clean. Bed bugs are there in the bed and insects crawling in floor. I stayed in the room 103, where it has to beds-pace for two, it will be difficult. Bathroom is small footprint. About the space to stand and turnaround. More additional space. No windows in the room and bathroom for fresh air. Due to this, foul smell is there always. Beds needs to be changed as the cushion is going down. Bed bugs are there. Tv was not working. On positive side, hot water was working fine and reception staffs are friendly. My suggestion, pols don't take the room whatever type of traveller you are.

they delayed to give me the room and waited so long also the room was small and dirty. Bedsheet and towels were not washed. Bathroom was very much dirty

It's a simple hotel without much high rise building although it claims to be a 3 star hotel. Few room boys are arrogant in service and reluctant. They charge extra rs. 5 on local bottled water priced at rs. 20 in the name of service charges without providing any tax invoice.
