Location was good. Near the train station. Dining is easy with Halal food and supermarkets around the corner. Noise from outside can be heard if you open the windows. Luckily, there is a small fan for summer. Problems that we encountered were the smelly pee liked toilet and the door did not have a safety lock so it felt unsafe. Tried washing the toilet with water but the smell was still there.
I was surprised with this hotel, very educated, sympathetic and performing officials, everything very clean, breakfast well served, the cleaning team is congratulated as well as the kitchen and reception, I will always come back.

Location wasn't the best, but good for access to the Altstadt. Poor wi-fi in the room. But the rooms and service were very nice and everything was very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. It’s right in the centre of town a few minutes walk to the main train station. Check-in was easy and breeze at the staff were excellent. The room was very well maintained with a bottle of water and tea and coffee facilities. Water was hot in the shower and the Aircon was working throughout my time there. If the only negative was the Wi-Fi which wasn’t the strongest so I use the free Wi-Fi from the Hotel next door.
It is quite hard to find a hotel in Central Munich for a reasonable price. Most rooms with private bathroom were >£100 per night. Therefore I was delighted to find this as a last minute option for £60 per night.
I had room 203, huge with an unfurnished balcony and sleeps 4 in a king plus bunk beds.
I found the room to be excellent, the area not so great, which is expected around a city's Central Railway Station.
Wifi Strong, good TV stations, clean and comfortable. Recommended if you need this location.

Everything was ok except that there’s no air conditioning in the room. Informed reception but they said there is aircon (couldn’t feel any wind at all) and we can’t adjust the temp and it’s different from the US aircon system where we can adjust as we wish. It’s honestly very stifling in the room and we were perspiring while sleeping, even waking up in the middle of the night because it’s too warm. Opening the window doesn’t help because there’s no wind at all and it’s also pretty warm out there. Winter would probably be good space to stay in but definitely not in the rest of the seasons

The front desk service is good, but the room is too small. The room is too small. The room is too small. It's important. I say it three times! I hope travelers will choose carefully. Low cost performance. If it's not for getting up early to catch the train, I will not choose this hotel now or in the future. The room facilities are almost zero. The only advantage is that it is close to the train station. The breakfast is simple and unremarkable as before. In short, it is only suitable for temporary transition and not suitable for consumers who travel comfortably.
The door of the hotel is small and the path is very deep, but fortunately the signboard is very obvious and easy to find. It is not far from the central train station. It can be walked for ten minutes. The key is that the price is very high, the surrounding is very quiet and safe, the sanitation is also very good, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. The elevator is super small, but the operation is still stable, so that you don't climb the stairs. The room is spacious and clean. .
The hotel is small, but the buffet breakfast is provided, the variety is not much, but the taste is quite good, and there is no problem with eating.
It is a five or six-minute walk from the subway entrance and there are different subway exits in different directions. Munich's traffic is very developed and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
The two days I went there were just weekends, and all supermarket shopping malls were basically closed. Fortunately, not far from the Central Railway Station, the supermarket shops in the Central Railway Station are open. There is a Vietnamese food stall in Zhong'an Railway Station, the price is cheap, the key is that the taste is very suitable for Chinese.
It is highly recommended to go to Ningfenbao Palace, this is the place where Princess Sisi has lived since childhood, very beautiful. The Olympic Park is very lively and there are many snacks to play. The English garden is large, the scenery is beautiful, and the large lawn is free to take pictures. The city hall is very lively and crowded, shopping and eating and taking pictures is enough for you to play all day. Both universities are world-renowned universities, you can go shopping.

Location: The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. With easy subway access, getting around the city was incredibly convenient.
Environment: However, the immediate area around the train station felt a bit gritty, chaotic, and somewhat run-down. There were groups of questionable individuals lingering, which made walking alone feel quite uneasy and vulnerable – it was honestly a bit concerning.
Facilities: As a budget-friendly hotel, the design is quite basic, and everything is simple. A significant issue was that the bathroom light in my bathroom was completely out. Despite reporting it to the front desk, it was never repaired (or perhaps couldn't be fixed). I was definitely glad I only stayed for two nights.

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Outside environment is not as good as the new town area, but is quite convenient to Munich Centre station. The service is nice and staffs are very friendly, good 👍

Great
LLinzhuobianzhidaidefengzhengService: The guy at the front desk spoke excellent English, easy to understand with no accent, and check-in was very quick. Breakfast was great, with a good variety and delicious options. The mini bar was a big plus – you could refill drinks for free, free, free~! There's a LIDL supermarket just 50 meters away, which was really convenient. There's also a Bavarian-style restaurant nearby that serves sausages and pork knuckles and stays open until after 10 PM.
Hygiene: The drainpipe under the sink did have a bit of a sewage smell, so remember to plug it.
The hotel itself feels safe and has a safe in the room, but it's very close to the train station, and you can tell the area is a bit mixed, with quite a few Black people. I'd recommend trying not to return too late at night.

GGuest UserPlus - The hotel's successful location near the station and main attractions. Clean, comfortable beds, good room equipment, emulsion is the role of the stand, sleep in full dark great pleasure. Mini bar free, beer, water, juice. Welcome staff, good breakfast.
Of the downsides, it's a tram under the windows who is sensitive to sound, noise can interfere. I didn't hear the tram when the window closed. No slippers.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

AaxmanGood locations 2 blocks away from Munich train station and near old town. Neighbourhood is a bit shady at night, with loud people hanging around. Facilities showing age and elevator was slow and sensor not receptive but relatively well maintained considering age of property. Staff is generally helpful.

EEmily YuenThe hotel is conveniently located near the train and subway stations. There are plenty of eateries, supermarkets (rewe, Lidl)and drugstore (dm, rossmann) nearby. Hotel reception staff are also very extremely helpful and nice. Although the room is very spacious, there are a couple of issues. The light in the room is not enough. The sleeping area and writing desk are too dark. The table lamp is not functioning well. One of the bed lights is out of order. Besides, there is serious musty smell in the bathroom, which make me doubt the hygiene.

GGuest UserThe hotel is 5 min walking from the train station, so it’s perfect if you arrive by train. The staff was really welcoming and the hotel seemed to be renovated recently. It was a great stay.

SSusie123This area is a hotel area, there are more people in the Middle East, and I always feel that it is not safe. The hotel is just a crossroads. There is a motorcycle sound blowing the street at night! It is noisy to close the window, and the room inside may be better! The room is still relatively new, but there is a bottle of free water, breakfast is OK, typical Western breakfast, fried eggs and coffee need to be ordered! The traffic is very convenient, there are many attractions and cathedrals nearby, and the new city hall is also there.
ややすぽんIt was good that it was close to the central station. I was worried about the security, but I don't think I needed to worry too much. The room was not large, but stylish, and the facilities such as Nespresso capsule coffee were good.
