"The hotel's hygiene was good and the staff were friendly. However, the facilities were a bit lacking; there wasn't even a tissue box in the room. This seems to be a common issue with The Niu brand hotels, not just this particular one. The hotel is located near the Olympic Park and BMW Headquarters, and you can walk to the BMW Museum. There are subway stations both to the east and west of the hotel, but they're both about a kilometer away, which is a bit of a walk."

"The hotel is conveniently located with direct connection to the airport and main sightseeing sights. The bus stop is closed too. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold selection. I got the upgraded Wifi service as part of the room package which was more than sufficient for business use."

The room was quite spacious. It's a budget-friendly option, not expensive. Recommended if you're staying for an exhibition."

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always trying their best to meet guests' needs, such as providing a portable water heater when requested. A nice touch was the complimentary mini-bar, which included a bottle of beer and various soft drinks. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a consistent hot water supply, making for a pleasant experience. But the real highlight was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it."

"The Hampton by Hilton Munich City West is very family-friendly and conveniently located right next to the central train station. The family room is well-designed, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring the kids get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and slip-resistant, with good safety features. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including scrambled eggs, croissants, and fruits that kids love, catering to different tastes. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and can even help arrange children's amenities. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't very spacious, making it a bit cramped once you open your luggage. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short family trip."

"The hotel is nicely located near the main square thus it is a plus. On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop! The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day. Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team! I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there."

"Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread. Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me. My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience. Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay."

"The hotel’s location is quite good. I had some concerns that it might be noisy due to being next to the train station, but there was no disturbing noise at all. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I would choose it again."

"Good things: The place was very pritty we where on the fifth floor looking out on roofs and trees it was a very nice view the room was very cosy with 2 beds a couch a chair and a marble table. The lighting in the room was very pleasant and very adjustabile The bathroom was very very nice with good smelling body wash shampoo and conditioner soft towels and nice toilet. ALL the staff where very kind and helped at any time Bad: ‼️there was pee underneath the toilet that was not cleaned it wasn’t on the floor but the bottom of the toilet so not too bad but not pleasant AT ALL‼️ Sadly the char had yellow and brown stains on the outside but nothing too crazy."
