H4 Hotel München Messe
"Hotel is near convention centre but not city centre so some walking/train taking is required if u are visiting as tourists. Good amenities including spa and sauna rooms. Cleanliness can definitely be improved. The kettle in the room is dirty and we tried washing it to no avail. Bathroom door cannot be closed and staff told us it is the "default""

Sofitel Munich Bayerpost
"Nice hotel in a decent location in Munich"
Hotel München Palace
"First of all, I am very dissatisfied with the hardware. Although I know that European five-star hotels cannot be compared with domestic ones, I have stayed in five-star hotels in several European countries. The hardware conditions of this hotel are really bad enough for four stars. The pictures are taken from the only angles I can see. The bathroom is small and old, and it is impossible to take pictures. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and you have to manually open and close a glass to stand... The hair dryer is the old one fixed on the wall... The items provided by Ctrip are also wrong. They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste at all. In addition to shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, they only provide two things: shower caps and cotton pads + nail file sets. There is no comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor. On the first day, they didn’t even give slippers. I wrote a note and left a tip before they gave it. If the hardware can only be rated three points, what makes me most angry is the front desk. On the day of check-in, there was a middle-aged man (probably German) at the front desk. After registering the documents and filling in the information, the only thing left was to swipe a credit card to pay the deposit in advance. At this time, he received a call and explained something to the other party in German very "intensely", and then began a long wait. After waiting for more than ten minutes, he still didn't hang up the phone. I was waiting at the front desk like a ****, so I asked very politely how long I would have to wait. He actually covered the phone and said to me in English that he was comforting a guest now because the customer was complaining a lot, yelling and crying, so he had to serve him first. If I yelled and cried, he would serve me first. I was shocked. I had never seen such a rude hotel front desk. Then I still patiently said OK to him, and asked him if there were other service staff. He actually told me no! Because I checked in too early, he should check me in at 3 pm. I told him that I knew I arrived early, but what else did I need to do now? He said that he only needed to swipe the card, and it would be over in less than five seconds. For this five-second operation, I waited for more than ten minutes and was treated so rudely by him. It really left a very bad impression on my trip to Germany."
The Westin Grand Munich
"Great hotel, staff is really friendly and the indoor pool and gym facilities are good. Great breakfast, they even have fried rice and porridge. VIP lounge is small but have basic things you need."
Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich
"The environment is very good and the location is excellent. The bathroom's adjustable temperature is a great design."
Hotel Am Moosfeld
"Title: Not a 4-star standard Review: This hotel operates more like a 2- or 3-star property. Amenities: No kettle, tea, or coffee. No toiletries like lotions or creams; the only thing available is toilet paper. Communication: No room phone. Calling reception requires using a personal mobile phone to ring the general hotel number. Climate control: Central air conditioning. Guests cannot alter the temperature. Pool: Closed for maintenance for two days. This was unadvertised on the website and unmentioned during booking. Breakfast hall: Explicit restrictive signs and staff comments regarding food rules Bedding: Very basic setup with only one pillow. Additional pillows require calling to request them. -"
City Hotel MAX – Munich West
"Nice location, breakfast is good, staff are nice, good hotel in Munich."
Grand Hotel Palladium
"The service is very friendly, the children are very happy, and the price is high"
Hotel Isartor
"The location of this hotel is very good, suitable for family travel!"
Hampton by Hilton Munich City Centre West
"Great location! There's a tram right outside that goes to the Old Town, and the subway provides a direct link to the airport. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a DIY waffle station that was absolutely delicious. However, the front desk lady seemed quite stern and rarely smiled, which could definitely be improved."
Munich Marriott Hotel
Near the English Garden, a 5-minute walk to the Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station, with direct access to Marienplatz and the Allianz Arena.
Arthotel Ana im Olympiapark
"Beautiful hotel and perfectly located. It’s only a 20-minute train ride to the city centre. The room is bright and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom looks a bit old, and the toilet flush needs maintenance as the flushing power is weak. The cleaners did a great job cleaning the room and friendly, and the receptionists were very helpful. I prefer sleeping in a cool temperature, but unfortunately the air conditioning cooling system couldn’t be used, likely due to local regulations. So, we slept without AC for two nights, but it was still fine. If you don’t get breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of cafés nearby, as well as a large convenience store right next door. I would recommend this hotel!"
Living Hotel Das Viktualienmarkt
"Good location, good service, slightly expensive"
Ramada Encore by Wyndham Munich Messe
"Thanks penny and the other reception man with beard They are so kind and helpful."
Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center
"Great location, the room was big, clean and comfortable, excellent stay! Highly recommended!"
Hotel Miano by Limehome
"The front desk staff were very helpful. It was inconvenient that there was no refrigerator, kettle, coffee, etc. in the room, but everything else was fine."
NYX Hotel Munich by Leonardo Hotels
"Excellent! The downstairs beer bar is fantastic; the beer is delicious and offers great value for money. Plus, they can even deliver it to your room, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area."
