"Air conditioner doesn’t work. Light bulbs were broken. When reported the issues to the reception, they offered another room and replace the light bulb for us. However, they do not provide tidying and cleaning room service. And You have to request more coffee capsules and sugar if you are run out of these."

"The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist."

"I won't book this hotel again. The room was dusty. The used towels were hung up again. Only one towel was changed. On the first day of breakfast, nothing was refilled. At 10:18, the staff was already driving through the tables with a cart to clear up, even though breakfast was served until 11:00."
