H+ Muenchen ★★★★
"Close to hbf, and happening place. Breakfast was really good and my kids loved it. Thank you so much!"
H2 Hotel München Messe ★★★
"The breakfast was great. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly too, thanks to the receptionist on our arriving day who told us the tap water is drinkable🙏 Hotel's location is really good, there are neighbourhood parks nearby to walk, also a big shopping centre (Riem Arcade) that has everything. Right next to the U2 subway and bus stops. Only unfavourable thing with the hotel was the amenities. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, no proper air conditioning in the room. Facilities seem quite outdated and old. Overall we had a good time, thank you!"
Hotel Munich Inn - Design Hotel ★★★
"The location is quite good and close to the main station. The street at which the hotel is situated si quite busy. So it is good if you like to have restarants and shops nerby. But if you look for something calm, it is not ideal."
Gambino Hotel Werksviertel ★★★
"So nice hotel! The location is very good and staffs are friendly."
a&o München Hauptbahnhof ★★
"Love the comfort in this place. The convenience of moving around and also the distance from Marientplatz and Englischen Garten. The convenience of travelling by train too when off to sightseeing. Nearby bakery and doner shop for food and breakfast is great. Room is clean. accessible by elevator. Comfortable enough for solo travellers. However requested for Non-smoking room but almost every night room smells of cigarettes smoke. Not sure if the smell comes from the ground floor or comes from ventilation of other rooms. Overall stay is comfortable except for the cigarettes smell."
NH Muenchen Ost Conference ★★★★
"Excellent hotel, even if a bit old. The reception staff, Mustafa, was incredibly friendly and helpful; his service was superb, and I highly recommend commending him. The location is in a quiet area, and although there's an Ibis B&B nearby, it seems to have some issues, while here it's peaceful. Best of all, there's free parking available."
The Rilano Munich, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ★★★★
"The room is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The photos are clearly taken using camera angles that make the space look much larger than it actually is. The bathroom is also extremely small, and the bathtub is only suitable for children, not adults. It feels very cramped, with hardly any room to move around. There is also very little space to keep your luggage and other belongings. Considering the price, I would recommend looking for other accommodation options that offer better value for money."
Living Hotel Das Viktualienmarkt ★★★★
"Good location, good service, slightly expensive"
HYPERION Hotel München ★★★★★
4-storey contemporary hotel in Bogenhausen, 341 spacious rooms, city views, 10 mins to Messe München.

Choose the Perfect Munich Stay for Your Travel Needs
NH Collection München Bavaria
"This hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station and right next to a large DM store. They offered welcome drinks and snacks, and the service was incredibly nice. We opted out of housekeeping and were even given complimentary beer and soft drinks. The room was exactly as I requested – high floor, quiet, and with a city view, plus it was very spacious. The breakfast deserves special praise; it was incredibly rich, and you could even order à la carte. I never get tired of their classic 'Western breakfast.' Getting to the old town center was also convenient, just a 20-minute walk to the cathedral, palace, and shopping. It truly exceeded my expectations and offered fantastic value for money. This was the best hotel of my vacation, and I will definitely come back again."
Holiday Inn Express MUNICH NORTH by IHG
"Holiday Inn express is as good as usual, I really like it."
Holiday Inn Express MUNICH CITY WEST by IHG
"It was amazing, the main central station was just 11 mins away on public transport. Even during the night, the hotel had great connections. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean. Totally recommended."
Steigenberger Hotel München
A refined luxury retreat in central Munich, this 5-star hotel blends timeless elegance with modern comfort. Guests can unwind in stylish soundproofed rooms with luxury amenities, relax at the on-site spa and pool, savour gourmet cuisine and enjoy effortless access to Marienplatz, shopping streets and iconic landmarks.
Sofitel Munich Bayerpost
"A crucial heads-up: many rooms in this hotel have 'inner windows,' meaning they open to a hotel corridor. This makes the rooms stuffy and quite dim. This type of room would typically be carefully considered when booking in my home country, but it wasn't marked when I made the reservation, and given the price wasn't cheap, I never expected it. The hotel facilities and interior decor resemble an upscale economy hotel. Cleanliness is generally poor; the room floors and especially the elevator floors were quite dirty! The location is convenient, just a three to four-minute walk to the station, but there are many other decent hotels near the station. This trip involved two stays in Munich, at the beginning and end. The first was at an NH hotel, where for a lower price, I got their best room type – larger, with a view and a balcony, and a delicious breakfast. The value for money there was significantly better. I will not choose this hotel again."
The Westin Grand Munich
"Booked an executive king room with executive lounge access. It's a common issue with older European five-star hotels – the facilities are outdated. Even though I booked an executive room (they gave me a room on the 17th floor, which isn't an executive floor, so that's a bit odd), there was a sour smell as soon as I entered. This is my fifth hotel in Europe so far. While it's in the airport, it's clean and comfortable enough. Newer brands often offer more comfort than old five-star hotels. I guess I can't just rely on brand names when traveling in Europe anymore. The executive lounge was good with nice views, but I wasn't happy about the sour smell in the room."
Hotel Bayerischer Hof Munich
"Excellent location, old money style."
Roomers Munich, Autograph Collection
"Since the renovation – and it's still ongoing – it's sadly no longer what it used to be. From my absolute favorite hotel in southern Germany, it's become a real dive. Overpriced, poorly planned, and even the wonderful steam room and great amenities have been sacrificed. A real shame."
Leonardo Hotel Muenchen City West
"The hotel's hygiene management is very good, the overall comfort level is also very high, and the facilities are better than expected. The main thing is that the location is very good. It only takes a few subway stops from the scenic spot and you can get off and start shopping."
Maximilian Munich Apartments & Hotel
"The hotel is not big, low-key and exquisite, with good details, quiet and hygienic!"
City Hotel MAX – Munich West
"Lovely hotel in a great location. Helpful staff. The only things we would have liked were a fridge and kettle. We’d definitely like to stay again."
Hotel Am Moosfeld
"A very good hotel. Although the rooms are a bit old, they are clean and tidy. The breakfast is also very good and colorful."
The 4You Hostel & Hotel Munich
"Hostel is near train and bus station. Old town can be access by a short walk or can take the tram. T'was a comfortable stay for the price I paid."
Ibis Budget Muenchen City Olympiapark
"The room size was just right, with bunk beds. There's a shopping center nearby (KFC, Burger King) and a supermarket (Aldi). It's very close to the metro station, and there's some free parking near the hotel available on a first-come, first-served basis."
NYX Hotel Munich by Leonardo Hotels
"Excellent! The downstairs beer bar is fantastic; the beer is delicious and offers great value for money. Plus, they can even deliver it to your room, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area."
Leonardo Hotel Munich City Olympiapark
"Three people can stay in this hotel without feeling crowded. The price is not too expensive and it is a good choice for traveling. The room is clean and tidy. I have not used other services, so I am not sure. Curtains first."
