Sofitel Munich Bayerpost
"Nice hotel in a decent location in Munich"
Hotel München Palace
"First of all, I am very dissatisfied with the hardware. Although I know that European five-star hotels cannot be compared with domestic ones, I have stayed in five-star hotels in several European countries. The hardware conditions of this hotel are really bad enough for four stars. The pictures are taken from the only angles I can see. The bathroom is small and old, and it is impossible to take pictures. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and you have to manually open and close a glass to stand... The hair dryer is the old one fixed on the wall... The items provided by Ctrip are also wrong. They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste at all. In addition to shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, they only provide two things: shower caps and cotton pads + nail file sets. There is no comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor. On the first day, they didn’t even give slippers. I wrote a note and left a tip before they gave it. If the hardware can only be rated three points, what makes me most angry is the front desk. On the day of check-in, there was a middle-aged man (probably German) at the front desk. After registering the documents and filling in the information, the only thing left was to swipe a credit card to pay the deposit in advance. At this time, he received a call and explained something to the other party in German very "intensely", and then began a long wait. After waiting for more than ten minutes, he still didn't hang up the phone. I was waiting at the front desk like a ****, so I asked very politely how long I would have to wait. He actually covered the phone and said to me in English that he was comforting a guest now because the customer was complaining a lot, yelling and crying, so he had to serve him first. If I yelled and cried, he would serve me first. I was shocked. I had never seen such a rude hotel front desk. Then I still patiently said OK to him, and asked him if there were other service staff. He actually told me no! Because I checked in too early, he should check me in at 3 pm. I told him that I knew I arrived early, but what else did I need to do now? He said that he only needed to swipe the card, and it would be over in less than five seconds. For this five-second operation, I waited for more than ten minutes and was treated so rudely by him. It really left a very bad impression on my trip to Germany."
Le Méridien Munich
"The breakfast in here is not bad for europe, better to buywhen you book a room, they charge 34 euro each"
BEYOND by Geisel
"This hotel is in a perfect location near Marienplatz in Munich. We received a warm welcome from Gertrude and the team and a lovely welcome drink. Our room was fantastically spacious and views overlooking the square and the Glockenspiel! Breakfast also overlooking the square and fantastic service from the whole team. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
NH Muenchen Ost Conference
"This hotel is mainly used by business travelers, for example, for trade fairs and similar events. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are functionally furnished, and there's an excellent breakfast. Some of the staff, however, aren't overly friendly."
Hotel Am Moosfeld
"Quite old and way too expensive for what it is. No idea how this is rated 4 stars. Restaurant also way too expensive for its quality. Conveniently located if you plan on visiting Caesars Laufhaus or Champagne Laufhaus."
H4 Hotel München Messe
"Excellent But parking is not convenient"
City Hotel MAX – Munich West
"Lovely hotel in a great location. Helpful staff. The only things we would have liked were a fridge and kettle. We’d definitely like to stay again."
Hilton Munich City

Sure Hotel by Best Western Muenchen Hauptbahnhof
"I stayed at the Sure Hotel by Best Western München Hauptbahnhof for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I booked the hotel via Trip.com and stayed in a single room, which was clean, compact, and perfectly adequate for a short city stay. Everything was well maintained and tidy, and the room had everything I needed. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s directly opposite Munich’s main train station, which made getting around extremely easy. I arrived from the airport on the Lufthansa Express bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel—a huge plus after a flight. The hotel is also surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, so sightseeing was effortless. Check-in was smooth, and the man at reception was very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a good first impression. Breakfast was included in my rate. While the selection was a bit limited, it was perfectly adequate to start the day and everything was fresh. I paid £61 per night, which I felt was very good value considering the central location, cleanliness, and convenience of transport connections. Overall, this hotel is a great option for solo travellers or short stays in Munich, especially if you want to be close to public transport and the city centre. I would happily stay here again."
