I stayed in the hotel for a business trip and exhibition. The price was much more expensive than usual. This hotel was selected by a German partner. The location is quite good and the transportation is convenient.
The room facilities are relatively old, and the mattress is not very good and very soft, but the hygiene is OK
Parking requires checking in first and then reading the card at the front desk to increase the garage permission. You need to swipe the card to enter the garage. Finally, when you check out, you can settle the parking fee: 10 euros/day. You can enter and exit unlimitedly. The basement is narrow and you need to be careful.
There is a supermarket at the back door, which is very convenient to buy water and food.
The breakfast is OK, and the yogurt is delicious.
The front desk service is not very enthusiastic. They will solve the guests' requests, but they are not enthusiastic. German indifference may be 🥲
I thought I was going to die because of the cockroaches.
But the air conditioning worked great.
Actually, I was nervous about them coming out again, but it was fine...
The staff was friendly, and it was average for a B&B.
The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to travel by bus or subway.
There are two large DMs and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for shopping.
The breakfast hotel is very good, with rich varieties. There is even a Yanyu Chinese restaurant nearby, but unfortunately I have no interest in tasting it since I just went abroad.
In addition, the room is not big, and toiletries are not provided. You can ask the front desk for them, and toothbrushes, slippers, etc. are also provided free of charge.
There is a sauna on the 4th floor, which is open after 4 pm. Pay attention to the time.

The whole hotel is very old, the facilities are old and can't be old anymore, the interior of the room is very small, the bathroom is so small, the only thing that feels OK is breakfast, but the cold things, the price is medium low
Clean, spacious room, kitchen equipment. Below there is a super, nearby there is a bus, but it may be far from the train, but can walk up to overall recommended.
The hotel is very clean and the service is superb. Every staff is very friendly and friendly. There is a small card for the guests on the bedside. The breakfast is very good and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Go to Munich to attend the exhibition. Walk about 10 minutes to the nearby metro Harras station. You have to go to the Munich Convention and Exhibition Center. It takes less than an hour to get to the exhibition hall. There is a great Chinese restaurant nearby, the chef is authentic, and the next The exhibitors are considering staying here. Full score

Room is large , no Aircon. Ok for us as is winter we can open the window to cool the room down before sleep and close it. I can’t imagine anyone come here other than winter with no fan and Aircon as you cannot open the window for long time as is by the main road and the sound is very loud. Breakfast is good . Staff are ok , not rude to Asian traveller. Subway is just beside the hotel .
The hotel stay experience is generally satisfactory. The front desk is fluent in English and friendly, and the check-in procedure is efficient. The room size is moderate, the decoration is modern minimalist and European classical elements, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. The bathroom facilities are equipped with smart toilets and rain showers. Daily organic toiletries reflect the concept of environmental protection. The breakfast is full, with freshly baked alkaline bread, Bavarian white intestines and more than a dozen local cheeses. Business travel and cultural travelers are recommended.
