WOW! This hotel is amazing. This is totally worth the money that it costs! The breakfast was perfect! They even offer self-waffle machine. Incredible staff, very comfortable beds, new, refreshed rooms and again... That breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Hotel!

The room is quite spacious, although there is no air conditioning but heating, and electric fans are also provided. The location is near the park and the environment is quite quiet. However, there is no subway station, you need to take a bus to go out, and there are fewer restaurants nearby.

Every time I come to Munich, I live here, spacious and comfortable, simple kitchen utensils can make something to eat. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and there is also a small park for walking.

My room is clean and tidy. Breakfast area is nice. There were some issues upon arrival, for example, a broken lock safe. However, the issues had been dealt with promptly by a patient technician. It will be even better if it's closer to Frankfurter Ring station.
(PS There was one Mr. Lam working in the breakfast area who really made my day!)

A simple and decent hotel in the central Schwabing area, near Münchner Freiheit. A pleasant walk into the centre from there and very close to the beautiful Englischer Garten. Rooms are cleaned every other day (which I like). Prices vary significantly based on major events in town, when it’s a low/average price period this hotel is quite good value for money.

The room was quiet, clean and tidy, the service was very good, about 900 meters from the subway, the nearby bakery supermarket was very convenient, and there was a delicious breakfast at an intersection. Need to bring your own slippers.

The subway is about 7 minutes' walk away, and the nearby Aldi supermarket is about 1 km and 15 minutes away. The hotel provides disposable slippers and a kettle, which is a plus. In addition, the dry and wet separation is also a plus, and the environment is clean.

CCeliatiantianThe room is comfortable and quiet. The window cannot be opened and there is no shading. The car show is really too wife _＞ `cool like it! Although the location is not in the city, it is not a few stops in the city center by subway. It is really convenient and cost-effective than the city. The merchant provided the photo for real, I forgot to take it 😂

TTrav3ll3rWe booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast had a small variety of options especially the hot section compared to other Marriott hotels.

GGuest UserZimmer sind zwar nicht so groß aber gut ausgestattet, beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis und alles ist Bio. Man kann am Wochenende in der Gegend umsonst parken und für Hunde ist die Gegend auch gut zum Spazierenlaufen.
Hotel ist nicht weit weg von der Tram Station. Bei schönem Wetter empfehle ich die rooftop bar im 12 Stock mit schönem Blick auf München

MMaeva&MarcelHôtel very close to Subway station, less than 5minutes by walk, and only 3stations to the centre, it is very convenient. The hotel itself is quite Ok, business kind, spacious and confortable room. Service and amenities are Ok but nothing particular for a 4*. I would recommend for a short stay if you don't expect too much for an accommodation.

GGuest UserNähe zur Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn ist von Vorteil. Das Einchecken ist einfach. Wir hatten das Zimmer 202, welches direkt am Aufzug liegt und dadurch mit lärm zu rechnen ist. Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße, was mit Straßen lärm und Publikum Lärm vom Petit Fritz bis spät in die Nacht. An der Rezeption wird nur Englisch gesprochen, was ich nicht gut finde.
Problem ist der Parkplatz, das war das Hauptauswahl Kriterium. Im Nachgang hieß es, dass man den nicht Buchen kann und nur nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben wird. Auch das genaue vorgehen wie man den bekommt wurde nicht erläutert. Anscheinend kann man das in Zukunft buchen.

Hygiene: clean every 7 days 🧹 once, each floor has a tool room, there are basic cleaning tools, if you need extra cleaning, you need to make an appointment at the front desk, 35 euros per time
Rooms: Open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and other facilities
Reception: Monday to Friday, closed on weekends
Laundry room: Yes, but the sanitation is average, not as good as the laundry room outside
Location: There are subway stations around, there are shared flatbed cars downstairs
