Great service and amazing restaurant. All the staff are friendly and polite. Super clean and they always keep the rooms clean. Amazing location and very quiet. Nice chocolate store at the lobby.

Horrible experience.
The hotel has not yet finished and is still under-construction which the hotel did not inform us in advance prior booking. Everywhere on our 1st floor is underconstructed. We cannot open our room balcony and window as outside are full of construction equipments and there were people working on our balcony!!
Because we stayed during this hot summer so we had to leave the balcony door opened for some fresh air during the night and at 7am in the morning there was a guy jumping into our balcony!! I know in Switzerland is safe but this is still unacceptable due to privacy matter.
The hotel constructed worker also opened and fixed the floor inside our room and left the door freely without letting us know, never had this horrible experience like this before. I have taken both photos and video to support my statement and the bad experience.
Good points: restaurant staff is friendly and good service.

very nice hotel a bit too far out of town ok if you are fly somewhere locally.
nice restaurant bit pricey 28 euro for a Burger and chips, too far out to look for other resturants.

A part le selfchecking qui était un peu compliqué, numéro de reservation introuvable, l'accueil a été charmant, la chambre particulièrement confortable. Et le diner , une vraie réussite ! Une très bonne escale.
