Had to change room the tv did not work nor did the phone. The facility was run down and dirty. The food was danish, generic fruit cocktail through it out . It was not even worth going down stairs for.

My state was not that great we had ants in the bathroom on our personal items. The toilet is so low and I have really bad knees. It’s like like four toddler or child. The mattresses were warped and worn out. There were no cups in the room no ice bucket they gave me ice in a bag. I had to wait for clean towels to be washed. The batteries were dying in the remote the room had an odor. The best part of it was her name was Trisha. She was the representative at the front desk. She was very patient and displayed great customer service skills. She was patient and listened to my complaint and tried to accommodate me and apologize to the best of her ability. I am requesting a refund. It was horrible. They really need to update and remodel that hotel. It’s in a prime area in Newburgh right on 300. They would get much more business if they would remodel it and for the prices that they charge for the rooms are ridiculous for the quality I used to live in Newburgh and there has been no changes to that hotel in the last 20 years that’s just unacceptable and it’s not fair to your customers. You attract what you are if you’re low quality Hotel you’re gonna attract low quality people. I heard one of the guest when he checked out complain about fighting in one of the rooms about 2 o’clock in the morning that’s unacceptable people pay all that money and I heard his bill. It was over $400. That’s not acceptable for that Quality of a hotel that you have to hear that type of noise at 2am

When i checked in they gave me a room key walked up the second floor opened door and the room was trashed and looks like people already had the room walked back down to front desk the person behind the desk apologized and gave me a new room other then that the stay was nice the new room was clean

Either they are newly-opened and haven't fixed everything yet, or they don't really care. Walls, doors, curtains, carpet, lampshades all show as unfinished and/or wear and tear. Dust 'bunnies' are hanging from the ceiling.
The "complimentary breakfast" is a joke, unless you like coffee. (see pic) Thank goodness there's a Denny's next door
For my room specifically, the TV didn't turn on, there was no 'do not disturb' sign (I had to get one from the front desk), no tissue box, and the light switch next to the door did NOT turn any light on so I had to fumble in the dark before finding a lamp to turn on.
Kicker was that my room key did not open the side door on my 2nd and 3rd nights and did not open my room on the 3rd night - had to go to the front desk to get it re-keyed.

The room was clean and good but the hallways were dirty and the breakfast was non existent. Bad coffee and a little packaged bar or instant oatmeal thrown on a tray

Place was truly a dump. The rooms are old with multiple stains throughout the carpet carpets.
I was too afraid to sit on the furniture.
