Alkistis Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Great location right next to as small sandy beach. Easy access into Mykonos town - we used the bus as it started and finished by the hotel. If you’re looking for nightlife you have to go into Mykonos town but the last bus back is at 10pm from the Old Port, otherwise it’s a short taxi ride which wasn’t that expensive. The rooms were adequate, there were a few loose sockets in ours but the bed was comfy, we had a fridge in room and the shower was powerful. Very clean too. Breakfast was good, although you could tell it was the end of the season as it diminished by the day. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there want really a great deal of choice. Great supermarket nearby for lunches/beer /wine & water for the fridge. Nice restaurant right next door. Only one serious complaint - the steps leading up to the hotel were quite dark and I did have a nasty fall on them. Staff were all nice, especially the dark haired receptionist, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely go back.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are cleaned daily and always spotless! Lovely restaurant in the hotel. Situated conveniently. Beach, restaurants, shop and bus stop is right outside the hotel. Easy to get around from here and enjoy your vacation with easy access. Beautiful views from the room. Friendly staff and great breakfast variety! Will definitely visit again.

Nice little hotel, convenient as close the the port and transfers are included in the price. Comfortable room and nice view. Swimming pool is small and beach is nice but windy. Need a car to go anywhere. Excellent breakfast. Very nice restaurant next to the hotel

When we arrived I thought at first ok, the hotel is a lot more modest than it looks online, but the price was low for Mykonos so I thought ok fine we can make it work. The "welcome drinks" were cheap apple juice and when we got to the room the comforter had yellow stains on and it looked like a cheap roadside motel more than a decent hotel room. So I was a bit upset but still thought we will not be that much in the room so let's just ha a laugh about it. We were so hot frm the ferry that we decided let's have a dip in the pool to start, turned out the hotel had no swimming pool available for the entire time of our stay, as had been promised/described in the information when I booked this hotel, the pool was broken. As it was 35 degrees celsius in Greece, I was really upset at this point and the hotel told me if we can find another hotel ASAP and leave the hotel within 15 minutes, they will give us a full refund no problem and they are sorry the pool is out of order. So I got another hotel for 3x the price and they called us a taxi and we left. I have not received any refund from the hotel as they promised, the hotel does not react to my calls or emails and they are just playing some ignoring game with me. At first they told me yes yes it is coming on the phone and nothing has happened despite several calls and emails. Then the manager is never present and he has no direct number. So I think they are just waiting for me to give up and accept they fooled me. I asked them to give me some kind of explanation and they just soud annoyed on the phone and tell me they cannot say anything that the manager will contact me and he never does nor is he ever there present when I call. I have NEVER in my life been treated or scammed like this, we were 4 people in the reception when they told me that everything is fine and we can take another hotel and it is no problem and they will refund me. So not only avoid this hotel because it is rubbish altogether, but also because the people are clearly total liars and criminals and have absolutely zero manners and human decency!!

Do not come near this hotel. This is the worst hotel ever. Very bad rooms and facilities. It is not accessible at all! Good luck climbing 15 min walk all the way to your room while taking your own luggage. The manager was so rude! Instead of helping us paying costumers, told us to leave the hotel. I will never in a million years go near this horrible hotel ever again. And I hope you guys will listen to this advice🙏🏼

The place is not so beautiful, the position it has and the sea in front is only wind. The service they have is scandalous, once they didn't greet us and even more so they didn't serve you and behaved very wildly. The rooms are minimal but very far from the position to go up and down the mountain road 🥲

Just wonderful!!! nice staff from the reception, restaurant ,pool attendant Room is clean bed confortable bathroom also very nice shower was one of the best so far !!water power great !!Breakfast huge selection and at the pool is nice and quiet superb view !!Beach of Stefanos larger then free average beaches in Mykonos nearby there is a mini market with also friendly people and next to hotel you can find Nosotros Restaurant with very friendly staff Dimitri really goes the extra mile to make ur visit special .The Bus also leaves at the corner to New Port and Old Town!!I will be back for sure as soon as I can

Beautiful location with a nice view,horrible customer service, 1 time we got yelled at by a female staff was while checking in. When we were told to stop talking as the 2 reps yelled over each other trying explaining the hotel layout to an Asian guest that was having a difficult time understanding them, then my husband got yelled at by the male staff for placing and empty water bottle into what appeared to be a waste bin. Sometimes its not what you say but how. Shortly after getting into our room I called for an iron, coming to Mykonos you definitely need your linens. I was told they have no iron on the property but they offered a laundry service, I asked if I could pay for the 2 shorts and 1 pants to be iron, she said bring them down in the morning when I come down for breakfast, ok fine. Next morning there at 9a on the dot to drop off the pant, it's currently 2:09 p someone just came to the door with my pants 5hrs later. We have YET to experience the GREEK hospitality here at the hotel. Needless will never return. I'm all about putting out good energy and getting it back but the staff in the front desk are simply just RUDE. Minus the young lady that picked us up from the port, she's very bubbly and friendly!
