I didn't like that the tv did not work and no accommodations were made to resolve issue. I didn't like that charger ports did not work and requested assistance on price paid due to the inconvenience and could not get a resolution was advised to reach out to 3rd party.

On the weekend they have no room attendance, so no one cleaned our room while we were gone out of the room, but for the most part, our rooms were clean when we arrived and the front desk staff we’re friendly

The staff was friendly but the room we gave was so dirty it was pretty disgusting. There looked like there was small specs of poop stains on the wall by the window and when we went to shower to grab a clean towl there was black specs and hair all over it. Ontop of that, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone yelling at eachother on our floor. Awful experience

I had to cancel my stay because the trip got cancel. So I'm not happy with this site. They wouldn't give me my money back and i paid in full. Or even let me set up anothet stay at another time. I don't mind paying a cancelation fee but not the total amount i paid.This is the first time using this app and the last.

I understand it is pet friendly, but my room reeked of pet urine. I feel they should have certain floors designed for pets.

Always clean although getting just a little beat up now. Staff nice and helpful. Dogs stay free and close to beach and Market Common Good deal for price

Have to takr dirty towels to counter and swap for clean. Do not clean rooms until checkout.

I love that they where prepared and everything was nearby. It wasn't noisy on my hall. It was very clean. Everyone was nice.
