Il-Bàrrag Farmhouse is a unique genuine building directly in the center of Nadur. Though it is located only a few footsteps away from the church, the street is nice and quiet. The building itself is worth a visit: lovingly restored it sprays the charm of former times. The hospitality of Rodrick and his wife has been also perfect, so if you want a historic, perfectly clean and comfy stay - this is the place for you.

Fabulous accommodation in restored 400yr farmhouse. Hosts were fantastic, welcoming, warm and friendly - even made me a vegan breakfast I suggested every day. Easily accessible for public transport to various places on the island - to see sights and/or hike. This is a tranquil and restful little gem on the quiet, peaceful and beautiful island of Gozo.

Absolutely charming historical building. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel comfortable in this cozy atmosphere. Tasty breakfasts. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Very responsive when we had questions, great attention to detail. Quiet, quaint neighborhood with excellent views.

This is a wonderful B&B experience in the charming village of Nadur on the beautiful island of Gozo. The 400 year old family home is lovingly restored. Traditional Gozitian and Maltese breakfasts are tasty and made from locally sourced ingredients. Gozo is a small enough island that Nadur is accessible to major attractions by car, Uber, bus or for the adventurous walking or cycling. Victoria is 10 minutes by car, as is the ferry terminal. The hospitality here is unparalleled and the rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious with high ceilings, and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. Very responsive communicators. Highly recommend!

Unique place in many ways. Rodrick the host takes great care of you as soon as you set foot inside. Attention to detail is his forte and he ensures to know each guests name, as it was a sweet surprise that he addressed us ALL by name. 10/10 Rodrick, thank you. 😊

Well, where to begin. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Angele and Rodrick in their beautiful, 400 year old authentic maltese home. Such a stunning building, renovated with lots of attention to detail and craftsmanship. The thick limestone walls are paired with lots of wooden features, an iron wrought staircase and a 200 year old organ on the second floor. It feels like living in a well decorated mansion/monastery. My room was very spacious and beautifully done. There are welcome presents in form of local cookies and some complimentary water and lots of toiletries as well as free coffee/tea and crisps in the breakfast room. It felt like staying in a royal estate and Angele and Rodrick went out of their way to accommodate their guests wishes. They even bought soy milk and made a special vegan breakfast platter especially for me. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable on what to do while on Gozo. The communication was easy and they always replied quickly. I can not recommend them highly enough. My stay with them was definitely the highlight of my trip to Gozo.

I spent 6 nights in this wonderful B&B on Gozo and totally loved it! The owners turned this very old building into a beautiful place to spend some relaxing days and enjoy nature and you can see and feel in every single moment how much effort and love they put into this. They offer five different breakfast choices including vegetarian and vegan options and they are all made with local specialties. Absolutely tasty! The room is very nice and super clean, just the perfect place to relax after a hike in this wonderful nature on Gozo. The B&B can easily be reached by bus when arriving on the island by ferry so that it’s possible to plan different day trips and hikes from here. No need to change the accommodation during your stay on Gozo. I can only recommend to stay here rather a bit longer than you had actually planned. You won’t regret it!

Our two-night stay at this accommodation was an absolute delight! The serene atmosphere provided a peaceful escape, and the Christmas spirit felt all over town filled us with warmth. The room was spacious, full of history yet perfectly comfortable. For breakfast we had a diverse array of options, and chose to enjoy the traditional Gozo pastries. The host's exceptional kindness and availability further elevated our stay. Furthermore, we found the location perfect for our stay, making it an all-around exceptional choice for a relaxing getaway.
