Spacious Room Neat and clean Any time food Any time water Rooms including bathroom is very very neat and clean. Affordable food rates Television provided with all language channels. Daily needed items (towels,soaps etc) are provided . Lift facilities. Cctv secured. neat and clean bed and pillows. Very good working AC. Fan and AC provided. Restaurant attached. Excellent customer service Friendly Receptionist. Good location for travelling. Near Collectorate and pothys. Rated: 10*/10*

My family had the worst experiance of any hotel stay we have ever had.We will never visit this hotel again.Good Service staff but terrible ***ager and reception staff behaviour.Food is average, its been downgraded from how its been mnay years back.

One of the best hotel to stay in town with the heartfelt warm welcome and best hospitality in all service to the guests. Feels like staying at home. Price is cheap for this awesome stay. Cleanliness is very good.

Pathetic. Room could have been painted. Bedspreads were dirty, hence i changed the room. That room was ok.But Floor was very Greasy. No Carpets found on the first day. I witnessed big room photos in online, but the room given to me was very small, Too Small - no cupboards, had to place all the things used and unused in one table ***** with the Suitcase. Very much Uncomfortable for a Lady traveller. Even after informing them about the Corporate standard, they did not bother about delivering the Best experience to us. Too much disappointed.

Great location, right next to Pothys. About 2.5Kms from Rly station. Easy transport available. Decent clean room and good bathroom. Good breakfast in the morning. Very courteous staff. Value for money

Complaints: I rented two rooms - one for myself and one for my sister's family. My niece got stuck in the lift for 15 minutes - emergency button was not working and no telephones were provided in the lift to contact anyone. (Infrastructure complaint) Hot water did not come in the rooms when we wanted. (Infrastructure complaint) Breakfast was awful - extremely salty Dosas, and really awful and watery Kesari (no ghee, hardly any sugar); tea / coffee was not OK; (quality of catering) Other factors: uncivilized guests from North India use their raw hands to take Idlis or Dosas from breakfast buffet. The North Indian guests were very noisy and ill-behaved even with the hotel staff. The hotel ***agement should ensure that the employees are not mistreated by these uncivilized North Indian guests. A notice informing guests not to use hands to serve Idlis or Dosas will be appreciated. Positive things about this hotel: -Reception staff and room boys were cordial. -Sufficient water bottles were provided. Overall the hotel is not worth the money.
