One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed, rooms are spacious and the service/staff is excellent, the hotel surroundings are stunning.

あり、全スタッフ様に気を使って頂き非常に満足度の高い

這間酒店應該給負分，我對我的點評負責任，希望幫助到更多的人。首先標註的2024年開業我才定的，這個價格不含晚餐比百名伽藍、海麗客蘭尼還貴，結果是個老舊酒店沒翻新停業過重新開的。第二這棟樓樓下就是木地，不是附近就是樓下，我這間還不是最近的，衹要寫日落套房的都是木地的隔𤩹就在樓下沒有例外。我中午12點半到的下大雨提前辦理了入住，沒去陽台看，房間沙發臟的床頭開裂的，地磚臟的，再一看2024年開業，我投訴虛假宣傳，提交了照片攜補償我了。工作人員來訪説這是個舊酒店寫2024年開業他們不知情，對於房間明顯的問題表示報歉但無能為力．對於老舊破以他的標準他認為正常，我説我住快捷酒店馬桶都能自動沖水也沒見過這麼臟的地磚，絕浪費我的時間。酒店與高檔沒有關係，茶杯水壺品質與快捷酒店一樣、馬桶不智能、浴缸太淺還不如快捷酒店。睡衣標簽扎脖子，牀頭櫃沒中控得一個一個關，鬧鐘不是靜音的。早餐自助東西極少。lounge 跟開玩笑似的放了幾樣。晚餐去便宜那邊吃的自助餐，居然三個工作人員在聊天，食物跟救濟餐差不多，還要8000日元，9000日元我在凱悦吃爐端燒了，這兩餐水平差距之大一個代表沖繩極高水平一個極低水平，這裏的工作人員服務熱情周到，但與海麗客蘭尼的服務相比那就不算什麼了，因為海家除了窗簾漏光挑不出任何毛病，自助餐品質極為優秀，日料餐廳的服務應該説是殷勤備至，從歡迎飲料就拉開了巨大的差距，完全不在一個層次。後面是海麗客蘭尼的歡迎飲料、日料餐廳涮鍋和百名伽藍的房間，從任何角度這家都是laji

泳池很好，主要club樓沒有小孩，非常適合成年人度假。行政酒廊不論哪個時間段的餐飲都和國內一樓酒店沒法比。和terrace樓的接送服務隨叫隨到，還不錯。

很好的服务 前台的Ken對客細心有禮恭敬亦記得每一個客人的需要我們去了遊船以及水底觀來望台時他亦問我們怎麼樣好好玩所以他是當每一個客人都是貴賓的。 還有我們去的時候有機會會行雷落雨但因為和老人家一起去很想坐郵輪看日落他亦幫我們爭取 最後成功包船看日落價錢合理
去每一個不同的地方，亦都會駕駛豪華七人車載我們去，因為我們一家人是五個大人的。 總之就感到賓至如歸
