Service staff..some friendly..some not friendly...location very good...fish soup must try..and A2 food court seafood also good...

Pros: Strategic area, in the middle of 2 shopping malls and near to A2 foodcourt. Friendly staff. Room is clean. Basic amenities provided. Cons: no mini fridge in superior room. During night time, can hear some noise and singing from the street but bearable. The towels provided by hotel look old. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth it. Rice was bland and hard. Food took a long time to replenish on empty trays on both weekdays. Overall, it was a satisfied stay. Will return again for its strategic location but not for the breakfast.

always book this hotel when I go batam , it walking distance to BCS , market and AC foodcourt, the room is comfortable with good bed, except the pillow is too soft, but hotel will give twin sharing room 4pillows, very considerate,especially the front desk pregnant lady and a young guy is very friendly and helpful, I will continue to book this hotel if I will to go batam.

It was a last minute booking. Located in the middle of "pasar", suitable for those who want the local experience. It's a walking distance to batam's newest mall (grand batam mall) & probably batam's oldest mall (BCS). The rooms are basic. The breakfast was good enough with a wide selection.

So far everything seems to be fine with me only 1 annoying issue Is they ring ur doorbell early in the morning 830am for housekeeping! That’s crazy , it’s disturbing the sleep!

Great hotel stay. Family room is very spacious including mini fridge and dining table. Friendly staff. Excellent location with many eateries shops, massage services and wet market. They provided ordering services for Batam Layer cake, which delivered to hotel directly. It save my time and trip to travel to Golden prawn area to buy it. The only downside is the check in timing was late by an hour due to delayed cleaning services. Hope they can improve on check in time. Otherwise was a pleasant place that I will book again next trip

Hotel was near to a few popular shopping malls like Grand batam mall, BCS Mall. Nice buffet breakfast variety with a great variety of food.

Surrounding the hotel got a lot of restaurants, shop and many many more. Necessary amenities are provided in the room and free wifi connections.
