hotel was at a good location, bedsheets and walls were slightly stained. only provided 1 pillow for each bed and chargeable for extra (non refundable). at the price point i think it was decent, aircon works fine, just a little noise coming from the pipes. room service food was quite good. however, check out took quite long.

My recent stay at Hotel One Batam was a truly pleasant experience. While the daily complimentary breakfast didn't offer a vast selection, the food was tasty and sufficient to meet basic needs. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities; convenience stores and massage parlors are just a short walk away. Overall, Hotel One offers a comfortable and budget-friendly stay, making it a highly recommended accommodation choice for anyone visiting Batam.

We booked a family room, but the room looks different from the website. It has no desk or table for make up. The photo in the website showed it has a coffee table and 2 chairs but we do not have it. Only one chair that’s tucked at the end of a TV console. The room looks way smaller too. There’s no hand soap in the washroom so we have to use the shower gel whenever we washed our hands. We requested for extra pillows but were only given one. There are 3 of us and we were given only 3 pillows initially. The room smells a bit when we first entered and the aircon takes a while to cool the room. But the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a very nice cafe next to the hotel which served very delicious food. I would highly recommend this cafe or eatery.

The lobby is clean and bright, the room is nice, clean and spacious, the front desk is quite friendly, everything is good, it feels like great value for money, there are many places to eat nearby, and there is also a convenience store which is quite convenient

Very clean and cosy hotel in a quiet neighbourhood around Nagoya Hills. Street foods all around the place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable room with good wifi connectivity. Last but not the least, a pocket friendly hotel.

The hotel location are convenient, walkable distance to Love Seafood Nagoya. But it’s abit old hotel and cleanliness can be improved. If it’s renovated, I don’t mind to pay more to stay at here again. Or else other hotel will be my next choice if I’ll visit Batam again.

Decent hotel at a good location in Nagoya Hills. The room is spacious, but we were give a smoking room which we did not like. The floor was a bit dirty as well, but overall cleanliness was fine. Beware of the traffic noise which can be quite loud as hotel is along the main road and where motorcycles park.

Sorry, the lighting in the room is quite dark. Not comfortable to work. The hotel corridors are dirty and smelly.

I think the other reviews on trip.com are not accurate. Hotel is not refurbished. Deco is nice in room and everywhere. But all are old, with stains, dust and even cobwebs. Toilet routings are blackish with wat looks like old stains. The worst part is the water pipings. I suspect their pipes are rusty, as water for shower n sink smells metallic and yellowish in color. The pillow n bolster all smells musty, feels really old. Good that studio room has pantry, big fridge and bath tub. The breakfast options are limited, taste is just normal.
