人挺好的有中文服務

Very nice hotel. Kids love it

施設は、すごく綺麗で子供も楽しめすごく快適でした。食事もすごく美味しかったです。また、行きたい泊まりたいホテルです。

Welcome to the land of magic! What a place! Our young children thought they were in paradise. The location to legoland is outstanding. It has so much for the kids to do and a lego shop with great opening hours. The wet play area is fun and buffet breakfast was amazing. The themed rooms were so much fun with the treasure chest activity lots of fun. And did I mention the elevators were disco dance floors? Guest appearances by mini figures was a nice surprise. I would suggest exploring the restaurants at maker’s pier (just outside the resort) as the restaurants at the resort were set menu and for what you got, very expensive and we didn’t enjoy the food. Close to the train station. Every kid’s dream!

The location is really remote... There is a convenience store within a 10-minute walk, but it closes very early, and nearby restaurants close before 7 o'clock... Then the hotel said that there are Lego courses and water parks. I stayed for 2 nights and couldn't make an appointment at 9 o'clock every day (the appointment must be made through the QR code provided by the hotel, and it was very slow to enter on time, and it was full in the end) The breakfast of the hotel for more than 3k is also very bad... I won't go again

Great park and hotel! Full marks for details! It's like being in the world of building blocks! Dinner and breakfast are all in the hotel. More cost-effective! Highly recommended for families with young children to experience!

全体的に良かったんですが、部屋は狭いなと思いました。特に風呂場は狭すぎて家族一人ずつしか入れませんでした。

喺日本嚟講，呢間房真係算超大！除咗有唔同嘅嘢都同Lego有關，好有夢幻之外，我哋當日係check-in前咗放低行李，玩完Legoland之後，先至拎鎖匙上房，玩完之後，佢已經安排咗房間，而且已經將我哋放低嘅行李搬埋上房，服務好好！ 入到房之後，仲有一個寶箱，可以有張紙俾小朋友解碼。解碼成功之後，拎到兩包Lego。見到喺佢樓下間shop，都有得賣。本身房間裏邊包埋嘅早餐都，算唔錯！去Legoland必住！

Great room. But not much restaurants around as most of them are closed.

房間乾淨，有兒童玩樂完素，Legoland行兩步就到，有JR線直達

記得玩水和早餐要指定時間預約，酒店服務很好，下午四時才可以check-in，但早上佢可以放低行李及預先登記資料，服務很好

It was the ultimate LEGO room 😆 My child was super excited when he entered the room! There was a treasure hunt in the room, and he was super excited when he saw the treasure! There were apparently some LEGO passport stamps in the park, but we checked in after going to the park, and we only went to the park for one day, so my child was very disappointed. If the check-in time had been earlier and they had given us that information and only given us our passports when we left our luggage, we could have enjoyed the park more... I hope they improve that part! The elevator also played music, and surprisingly, the adults were more into it than us! It was fun and brought me back to my childhood!
