Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again. Maybe it is worth to spend a night or two here. Details below:
During my 6D5N trip, I have stayed in different hotels. This hotel had the most expensive parking by far. It was ¥2000 / night. Also the parking was a bit inconvenient since the parking area uses an elevator-system and you need a staff to operate the parking system machine to get your car each time you need to use your car.
There were a lot of families with young children during my stay, not the best place if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. There were also only 2 elevators so sometimes it takes a long time to wait for the elevators due to the crowd.
The hotel provides a lot of amenities, including some daily activities from 17:00-18:00, noodles from 20:30-21:30, and free flow drinks from 10:00-22:00 (no free laundry tho). I got to try the traditional outfit dress up session, it was a good experience to quickly try on the Okinawan-style kimono.
Just a personal preference, I did find their soaps and skin care products heavily scented, which I wasn’t a fan of.

We had an afternoon flight and didn't arrive at the hotel until 9 PM. The front desk is conveniently located on the 17th floor. The top floor offers unparalleled views overlooking the entire city of Naha. The hotel is newly opened, and having visited Japan many times, I'm accustomed to the 'small but perfectly formed' concept. This time, the facilities felt very modern and streamlined, and even though the room was compact, the kids were still thrilled with it. The self-service dryer and vending machines on the 2nd floor were also a great convenience. The hotel boasts an excellent location; there's a popular BBQ restaurant right below it, and plenty of other dining options in the vicinity. The kids certainly enjoyed their shopping sprees! It also offers great value for money. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every aspect!
**Location:** The location is superb, right by Tsubogawa Monorail Station and just a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal. There's a Don Quijote store conveniently located on the ground floor, and a local supermarket just one block away.
**Facilities:** The hotel is modern and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, allowing me to easily open my 28-inch suitcase. Guests can borrow kitchen utensils from the front desk for simple meals. Each room comes equipped with a microwave and a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent.
**Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean. Do note that for stays of two days, they only replace towels and empty the trash bins, without performing a full room clean. (However, this seems to be a common practice in Naha hotels for short-term stays, where only towels are refreshed.)
**Service:** Exceptional! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always happy to assist with any requests, and consistently friendly and welcoming.
**Environment:** Very pleasant. Despite its close proximity to the monorail line and a main road, the room was remarkably quiet.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – it's an incredibly convenient 10-minute walk from the station and just a few hundred meters from Kokusai Dori. This makes it perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the area.
On the downside, the soundproofing isn't great. I could clearly hear loud street noise, especially from vehicles, at night. The room isn't huge; while you can open your suitcase, it still feels a bit snug.
However, purely for its superb location, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel is very clean. Having only opened in 2023, it still feels incredibly new and fresh during this stay! The rooms are a good size, featuring a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom.
Right opposite the hotel, there's a large shopping mall, coffee shops, and a huge supermarket, making it extremely convenient for shopping. I was particularly delighted to find many local Japanese fashion brands available there.
Guests can conveniently pick up complimentary toiletries, coffee, and Twins tea bags from the self-service station located on the 2nd floor when checking in.

It's a triple room with a sofa bed, very spacious and clean. Complimentary self-service tea and coffee are provided, and I didn't find the room to be as cramped as some other reviews suggested.
The location is incredibly convenient. There's a FamilyMart convenience store just 10 meters downstairs, and Tsubogawa Monorail Station is only 20 meters away.
I noticed quite a few ********* guests. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but you can easily grab something from FamilyMart.
There's a river right next to the property. Ounoyama Park is just across the bridge; the huge slide there is actually more convenient to reach by walking across the bridge than by taking the monorail. On my way, I even encountered a large crab, bigger than my fist!

The room was quite spacious, easily one of the biggest I've stayed in at a Japanese hotel, and the free onsen made for a very comfortable stay. There's a beach nearby with a designated swimming area. While transportation is fairly convenient, it does require a bit of a walk to reach public transport stops. Picking up drinks at the convenience store and enjoying them with friends as we explored the surroundings was a real highlight.

A major highlight of the hotel is its airport shuttle service. The minibus operates precisely on schedule. However, on my return trip after check-out, I just missed the bus by literally half a minute and had to wait another half an hour for the next one. The driver was very professional and always proactive in helping with luggage when getting on and off. My favorite part was the hotel breakfast; apart from sushi, the selection of seafood, milk, coffee, and delicate pastries were all superb. I also enjoyed the hotel's hot springs (onsen); a daily soak really helped melt away the fatigue. The toiletries provided at the onsen were also of good quality. The bar and the paid swimming pool on the 14th floor offer fantastic beach views, making them excellent spots for sunset watching. The hotel's surroundings are convenient, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and small restaurants nearby. Naminoue Shrine is right next door, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the inconvenient transportation. Getting to any attraction requires either taking a taxi or walking over 1.5 km to catch a bus or monorail. Despite the language barrier, using a translation app to communicate with the staff always yielded helpful and satisfactory responses.

The room is quite small, with barely any space beyond the bed; a 30-inch suitcase can only just be opened. However, its cleanliness is a definite plus. Toiletries can be picked up from the lobby on the second floor. Right downstairs on the first floor, there's an Okinawan restaurant that's both reasonably priced and delicious. Plus, several convenience stores are nearby for all your daily needs. The biggest advantage, though, is its excellent proximity to the monorail. You can walk directly from Makishi Station via the pedestrian overpass, which is incredibly helpful when traveling with kids and trying to minimize walking.

## Pros:
**Facilities:** The facilities in the hotel's annex building are very modern and stylish, and everything feels quite new. The bathroom was a good size and featured a walk-in shower.
**Hygiene:** Generally clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors.
**Location:** The hotel is located near the prefectural government office, very close to the meeting point for day tours, which was very convenient! There's a 7-Eleven directly downstairs from the annex, and a Lawson next door, making it extremely convenient.
**Service:** The staff were friendly and attentive.
## Cons:
The only downside was that the air conditioning in my room made a strange rattling noise/vibration. It only subsided when the fan speed was set to level 3, which was a bit annoying.

KKWOK HUNGIt’s a spacious room for a family with 4 people. Several public parking points are surrounded the building. MaxValue are located with 3-5 mins walk. Some small restaurants are located nearby. It’s very convenient.
It will be better to have a folding table for breakfast and using computer/iPad, etc. It’s good to have washing and drying machines.

GGuest UserRoom was very clean and neat. About a 10 minute walk to Tomari Port, and about 15 minute walk from one end of Kokusai-Dori shopping street. There's a lot of izakayas and eateries to try around the area as well!
There were 2 car parking lots on the ground floor, and it cost 1000 yen per night to park. There are also other paid parking lots around the building, and they can provide some info on that at reception.
Laundry detergent was 50 yen for a small packet (1 wash), and softener was about 100 yen. Washing machine and dryer in the room worked very well.
One thing I would say is that I did message them on Trip.com regarding parking more than a week before my stay and didn't get a response until the day before my stay, where they only asked me what time I'd be checking in. Not sure if this was a Trip.com issue.
But overall, great place to stay, would recommend, especially if you are catching an early ferry from Tomari Port to one of the islands for the day :)

GGuest UserIt is a nice clean hotel as expected in Japan. The breakfast selection is decent but not abundant. The menu repeat every other day.
There is a supermarket just accross the road next to Loisir hotel and convenience store 300-400mtr away.
However to reach the downtown area ypu need to walk 25-30mins or take a taxi that will cost you around ¥800 to the closest end of the main street Kokusai-dori.
Overall a hotel worth staying.

LLuwanleleIt is really a treasure hotel. Although Livemax is not so well-known in the tourism circle, this store still gave me a little surprise when I stayed there for the first time. It is conveniently located 400 meters away from Jiexin tram station. There is an AEON next to it. I found that the prices of all AEON stores seem to be the same, so there is no need to go far away. The most important thing is that there is an independent bathroom, and you can also get a three-year multiple-entry visa with a limited destination. It costs 138 yuan per night in the off-season. What else do you need a bicycle? It is really cheaper than a youth hostel and a capsule!
