"Amazing stay at the Hinode hotel — the highlight was certainly the free food bar provided by the hotel where you’ll get a wide assortment of booze, free ice cream and ramen (specific hours). The room is somewhat small and the hotel can get pretty crowded but it’s an overall pleasant stay :)"

"The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly! The views from the 'sky floor' are fantastic; you can take great photos from the 17th floor and even catch a glimpse of the ocean! The most convenient aspect is that Kokusai Dori (International Street) is within walking distance. Along the way, you'll find plenty of highly-rated eateries, including ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, and yakitori joints. You'll also find 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart convenience stores everywhere. While walking to Ryubo Department Store might be a *tad* further, it's definitely still manageable."

"The location is fantastic, right next to Tsubogawa Subway Station, and bus stops are also super convenient. The best part is Don Quijote (Donki) is right downstairs. It's incredibly well-stocked, and we could even buy fresh groceries to cook ourselves. The hotel offers a full set of kitchenware for rent, which truly let us indulge in Wagyu beef as much as we wanted. I would definitely come back here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel boasts a superb location. A subway station is conveniently situated nearby, which was a plus even though we didn't use public transport on this trip (as we were traveling with elderly and children). Main Place and DFS are directly opposite, and both the Naha Art Museum and Museum are just a 5-minute walk away. Toys 'R' Us, a sports shopping center, and Muji are also just a short walk straight ahead. It's incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining! Oh, and the hotel's coffee is delicious – I enjoyed several cups every day."

"Location: The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Naha Airport, costing around 2000 JPY. It's a 3-5 minute walk to Kokusai Dori. Just outside, to the right, you'll find the popular Nammuru Ramen, and to the left, a famous fried beef cutlet restaurant. Convenience stores are also very close by. Facilities: The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped and looks relatively new. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy. Service: The front desk staff speak good English. The room was cleaned daily, and two bottles of mineral water were provided. Overall, it's a good choice and I would recommend it!"

"Fantastic location! It's perfect for a first-time visit to Naha as a transit point. From the airport, you can take the monorail to Makishi Station, and the hotel is just a 160-meter walk through a connected corridor. Below the corridor, there's a Ryukyu lion statue that marks the entrance to Kokusai Dori (International Street). Conveniently, there's both a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The breakfast was incredibly varied and definitely offered great value for money. At the check-in counter on the second floor, they offer complimentary DHC sachet samples for guests, including makeup remover and lotion. The Okinawa Prefectural Museum & Art Museum is about 950 meters away, a roughly 10-minute walk. Naminoue Shrine is also very close by. My only gripe was that the beds were too small. I booked a twin room for myself and two children, and we had to push the beds together; otherwise, it felt like we'd fall off any minute. This was a stark contrast to the rooms at the two resort hotels we stayed in afterwards."

"The hotel's location isn't great. Apart from a large supermarket nearby, there's nothing else around, and it's also quite a distance from Kokusai Dori. The room itself was just okay. Housekeeping only came every two days, and they didn't even replace bath towels or provide bottled water. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. When I called them, they couldn't understand English, so I had to go downstairs and use a translation app on my phone to communicate."

"It's located right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Lawson and Family Mart right in front, so it was very accessible! The large public bath was clean, and I was happy to see a Refa hair dryer! I would have liked it if I could choose to only have towels changed without cleaning if I was staying multiple nights. It was convenient to have a water server on each floor! I'd like to use it again when I stay in Naha."

"Good value for money. The rooms are not big, but they’re clean and have everything you need. There’s an amenities bar in the lobby as well as some free drinks in the afternoon. Location is close to the airport and short walk to Kokusai Dori street. There’s a 7/11 and Lawson under the building. Other than that, not much in the direct area. It was perfect for 1 night before heading to the islands."

"The location is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven and a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, with a drugstore conveniently located across the street. You'll also find plenty of dining options nearby. Kokusai Dori's main street is just about a 5-minute walk away. The service was pretty average, comparable to what you'd expect from a budget hotel in China, but overall, it offers great value for money!"

JJUpon arrival at the Southwest Grand Hotel, one is immediately struck by the calibre of design sensibilities that grace the establishment. Our room exhibited a masterful fusion of contemporary elegance and practical luxury, with thoughtfully appointed furnishings and refined finishes throughout. The intelligent spatial arrangement maximised both comfort and functionality, whilst the sophisticated colour palette created an atmosphere of understated opulence. The hotel's facilities proved equally impressive, with particular mention deserved for the meticulously maintained swimming pool and comprehensively equipped fitness centre. These amenities demonstrated the property's unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction across all facets of the hospitality experience. Breakfast service warrants special commendation, offering a veritable cornucopia of culinary delights that catered admirably to diverse palates. From impeccably executed Okinawa classics to inspired international offerings, the gastronomic range was nothing short of remarkable. The quality of ingredients was patently evident in each dish, reflecting the kitchen's dedication to sourcing premium produce. The exclusive lounge service elevated our stay to extraordinary heights, providing a sanctuary of refined comfort accompanied by attentive yet discreet service. The curated selection of refreshments and light fare throughout the day ensured guests remained splendidly catered for between mealtimes—a thoughtful touch that exemplifies genuine hospitality. Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. The Southwest Grand Hotel stands as a paragon of contemporary hospitality, where exceptional physical attributes are matched by equally impressive service standards. Their collective commitment to guest satisfaction ensures this establishment remains a distinguished choice for the discerning traveller.

GGuest UserThe Hyatt Hotel is quite close to the Public Market, just a 5-minute walk from Makishi Station on the Naha Airport Monorail. They have a small swimming pool, but it closes quite early at 8 PM. Front desk service was just average; the staff's smiles felt rather generic. When we requested a slightly later check-out for the next day, we were abruptly informed there was no room for negotiation, and their tone was quite stiff. As we had a chartered car booked for the aquarium the following day, it served its purpose as a convenient stopover. However, it certainly didn't live up to the premium quality one typically expects from a Hyatt.

GGuest UserWe stayed in Resol Trinity the last night of our trip in Okinawa. It was a great stay as the room is very clean and staff at Front Desk are very nice. Especially after stayed in hotel Nikko the nights before, it was a big comparison even though Hotel Nikko is supposed to be 5 stars hotel and we laid quite a lot in the peak season, their staff there were pretty much not that friendly towards foreigners. And their English is quite hard to understand. But when we came to Resol Trinity, we felt warmly welcomed and it was a plus to our last night in Okinawa.

HhelloshiyoIt's a triple room with a sofa bed, very spacious and clean. Complimentary self-service tea and coffee are provided, and I didn't find the room to be as cramped as some other reviews suggested. The location is incredibly convenient. There's a FamilyMart convenience store just 10 meters downstairs, and Tsubogawa Monorail Station is only 20 meters away. I noticed quite a few ********* guests. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but you can easily grab something from FamilyMart. There's a river right next to the property. Ounoyama Park is just across the bridge; the huge slide there is actually more convenient to reach by walking across the bridge than by taking the monorail. On my way, I even encountered a large crab, bigger than my fist!

TTellaWe chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

GGuest User**Cleanliness:** The room was impeccably clean. Housekeeping always completed cleaning punctually according to our requested time. **Environment:** It's conveniently located near Shuri Castle, with a peaceful and quiet environment. The on-site Family Mart convenience store was extremely useful. There's a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby. **Service:** The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection of food. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite modern, especially for a hotel in Japan.

GGuest UserThe interior is new and clean. The bathroom is spacious, and the rooms are also spacious. When you open the curtains, you can see right into the apartment building across the street. I wish they had lace curtains. The front desk is only there at set times, so it is inconvenient if you ask me. There are several parking spaces out front, so it's convenient if you make a reservation. It's close to the airport, and you can just about walk to Kokusai-dori and other areas, so the location is good too.

GGuest UserAlthough the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.

GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
