Room size was very good and was very well maintained. Staff was very hospitable and co-operative. Food was very good. The property is well maintained and location of the property is very good. Overall it was a great experience and will surely recommend this property to friends and family

The service was outstanding,specifically ***gager Lax*** was on his toes for the customers service. Since we are jain the customization of food and quality is amazing. All thanks to lax*** for service and chef for food. I recommend all the other people to stay at rose finch sarovar portico if visiting Bhimtal

All in all a nice & cozy place to stay with modern rooms & soothing lake view, the team is really nice special thanks to Mohitji & Lax***ji & don't miss the chai made by bhaskarji...we loved every bit of our stay & looking forward to come next time as well..

Beautiful location at whole bhimtal. Morning sunrise is beautiful and night karoke music is wonderful. Foos is good and tasty 🤩😛.Rooms are good and budgettable 😀. Most beautiful rooms are club room. Its lake facing rooms. But all rooms ar good. I can hope nest time we will come. Our stay make a wonderful as a front office Mr. Harish and David and night shift mr shubham help us...

The hotel was very nice, rooms were neat and clean and were very spacious. I had booked a family room which consists of two floors and the only problem was that the staircases were very small. Overall experience was awesome 👌. And the restaurant staff Mr. Lax*** and Mr. Satender were very co-operative and kind.

About the hotel: The hotel is nice, rooms & bathroom are neat & clean, Location lake facing & is 5 minutes walk from BHIMTAL lake. Parking: In hotel, they don't allow parking due to limited space. They have a separate private parking space with guard few kms away from hotel. They provide shuttle service to & from for convenience of guest to the parking & also to Bhimtal local market(8am to 8pm) Dining: The food quality and hospitality is very good. The master chef Mr Prakash, Restaurant ***ager Satyender, and his entire serving team takes care very well. They don't have dinner buffet daily unless they have big booking. The buffet is very good. But if no buffet, ala-Karte dining may turn out to be a bit expensive comparatively. They also serve high tea in the evening with nice masala tea & cookies which can be enjoyed sitting in lap of nature. Caution: Being a forest, sometimes monkeys intrusion is there on the walking track in & around hotel location. Avoid walking on the main highway road *****side Bhimtal lake due to heavy traffic and no space for walkers.

Location - It's in Bhimtal , one hour far from Nainital, so not at all convenient if you are planning activities in Nainital. Moreover as a weather Nainital is atleast 5-6 degrees cooler than Bhimtal and hence, this location doesn't give hill station charm as one need it. The only location advantage I see with this property is it's just next to Bhimtal lake, so you can enjoy boating, however honestly between Nainital & Bhimtal , Nainital is way better. So avoid booking in Bhimtal unless you're explicitly planning trip to Bhimtal. Property - It's small property, well maintained,may be relatively new ! However nothing much to do as doesn't have enough space to call it as resort Rooms - Rooms are just ok. Size is small, however well maintained, furniture,bed linens are good. Rooms are good but again not giving any wow feeling Service - Service is below average, even when resort was not fully occupied, I see front desk not much bothered to make an attempt to please/ address customer asks. On other side, restaurant staff was bit better and serving diligently Food - Food was good in taste, nice breakfast spread. Overall Impression - For the average cost of 12-14 K per room per night, you can get better choices close to Nainital which gives better location,weather. Considering cost you spent against value resort can offerfor, you may feel a bit disappointed!

I am writing during my stay itself. I am so happy that I choose this property to stay. Rooms are awesome, spacious. Service is great and quick. All the staff here is so welcoming and they always have a pleasant smile on face. Great Hospitality. Food is great with awesome taste and quality.
