Overall Rating I would give 4/5 stars, then distribute it as follows:- * Location: 5/5 - Absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and within quite environment. * Room:4/5 - The room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable king-size bed and good Wi-Fi. The view from the window was lovely. * Cleanliness: 5/5 - The hotel was impeccably clean throughout, both in our room and in the common areas. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. * Facilities & Amenities: 4/5 - Enjoyed the well-equipped gym. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have the swimming pool. * Food & Dining:5/5 - Breakfast offered a decent variety, the quality of food in the hotel restaurant for dinner was great & Service was generally good. * Service: 5/5 This is the greatest asset the company has invested in. The staff were exceptional. From the friendly receptionists to the helpful concierge and attentive restaurant staff, everyone was polite and eager to assist. * Value for Money: 4/5 - Considering the prime location and the quality of the facilities and service, the hotel offered good value for money. * Sleep Quality:5 5 - The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were effective. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable 5 days stay at your premises. The excellent location and outstanding service were the highlights. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

Can’t thank enough to the beautiful staff for the amazing service and the great vibe. They all made us feel so welcome. We both arrived very early in he morning, very tired after being flying for nearly two days and the staff helped us out with an early check-in; we can’t not thank the staff enough for that; we really needed to have a shower and sleep. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The fact that they have a gym available for the guests was good for us. We had dinner last night and the food was quite nice: very generous portions but also good quality for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff members are all nice, helpful and friendly.
