They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance.
All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price.

Cleanliness is okay, but the downstairs is a singing bar. I won't say anything more about soundproofing, etc. There wasn't enough parking, so I used a nearby parking tower. Because it is a food and entertainment area, there is a lot of illegal parking and it is difficult to cross the street. Sorry, but I have no intention of visiting again.
