1.衞生極其差:人生第一次住酒店，蟑螂爬上了腿！ 2.服務極其差:碰到蟑螂跟前台反饋，説好找人上來看，結果機器人送上來一張房卡，我在門口等了半天，根本不敢進屋。 3.換的房間，環境依然很差，房間內待了五分鐘果斷下樓退房。 4.事後酒店沒有一點態度，還打電話來説他們有損失？？真噁心！

有一下幾點體驗發表下： 1.室內地毯，沙發不乾淨，沙發漆點，座椅臟污 2.早上10點就來敲門搞衞生，嚴重影響體驗，不知道是為了提前搞好衞生下班還是撒，還是咋的，不知道管理層怎麼想的 3.動下沙發蟲滿處跑，體驗感非常差 4.床上用品枕頭空癟成舊，被子棉胎厚薄拉胯 5.通風性不好悶 6.大5月天的，室內空調開不起來，不知道是設備壞了還是出於成本考慮，開不起來，體驗感很差
