為了狗狗特意定的民宿，很滿意，衞生乾淨，送的水果也很新鮮，可惜下雨兩個狗狗沒辦法在院子裏撒歡，不然好適合玩耍啊，特別寬敞舒服，和圖片裏一模一樣，妹妹説下次再來南昌還要住這裏。（要是去玩的城市都有這麼大的民宿就好了，我們四個人超級划算）

這個民宿真的超乎預期，是個獨立的院子，兩個房間都很大很好，裝修很好。還有麻將房。入住體驗很好，離萬壽宮和南昌站都很近，下次還會入住的。

非常非常驚喜！是獨門獨院的，外面很大一個院子，一共有兩個客廳兩間卧室，還有廚房餐廳外加一個洗衣房。裝修很新，能看出房東在裝修佈置上是花了心思的，非常有設計感，傢俱電器都很新，而且都是用的比較高檔的品牌～關鍵是房間特別乾淨，一塵不染，床鋪鬆軟舒適，還準備了水果零食。checkin也很方便，地理位置好，離商圈和景區就兩三公里。強烈推薦！！

房子裝修很好，內部設施非常好，因為房子在90年代老小區，已經在最大範圍內進行改造了。廚房很大很新，煤氣灶沒有人用過。還有一個很大的洗衣房（雜物間）。整套房子是中央空調，很涼，涼的很快。有麻將桌。熱水很熱。
衹有洗髮水護髮素，沐浴露不知道是不是用完沒補。
浴室地漏反水沒做好，每天都有大🪳從浴室地漏爬出來，要一直關着浴室門和廁所門。香薰味道很重，可以把香薰放客廳而不是放床頭。門口就是下水井，非常非常非常臭，根本站不住。管家沒有及時發智能門鎖密碼，每天都被關在外面，要問了才發。房間一般乾淨，地板有些地方沒拖乾淨。圖片的地拖是乾的，但是另一個，放浴室的地拖是濕的。
小區沒有物管進行管理，沒有停車收費，停車位緊張，房子門口停車位被佔了，於是停到隔壁棟樓下，走的時候發現被人掰了雨刮。
總結：除了蟑螂和惡意鄰居以外都很好。

房間還可以，就是入住的時候沒有告知Wi-Fi密碼，到的時候已經半夜了，也沒人回覆，如無辦法回覆即使就應該提前告知Wi-Fi密碼，因為房間裏基本沒什麼信號，造成了入住的一點困擾。

在一個有歲月的小區裏，裝修硬件還不錯。房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，看上去窗明幾凈，設施齊全。但服務有待提高，老闆像個甩手掌櫃。建議在客人入住前，要提前檢查一下房間，不要一會調熱水，一會要掛窗簾[呲牙]
