地址有問題，導航半天耽誤了20分鐘在找，無前台全靠微信溝通，溝通隨意，自己WiFi名字都不記得，就説是房號，導致連WiFi也耽誤時間，假期提前預訂的貴了，沒有退差價，直接説沒房了，第二天12點堵車回來拿行李，説可能耽誤，説是超過一小時要20.正常有前台我也不會這樣收拾好提前放前台就好，問題就是沒前台啊

首先進去第一眼就感覺房間很温馨，看起來就很舒服，另外交通真的特別便利，旁邊有三個大型商場，地鐵站就在樓下，隔音問題也不用擔心，窗户一關完全聽不到一點聲音，空調也是新的，很贊！

非常垃圾，客服的沒用的，是推卸責任的，洗衣機是沒有用的，還有這個課後很無語，酒店是在三棟十三樓的，我褲子沒有幹，她讓我去一棟二十八樓去洗褲子，我請問這個洗衣機不是你們的問題嗎，還有那個牙刷，我説沒有洗乾淨，她説她們放了一次性的杯子給我們刷牙，一次性杯子不是應該是喝水的嗎，就算是刷牙的，我問她那為什麼要放這種杯子，回答我説有的客人喜歡用，我請問那為什麼不能洗乾淨一點，我直接改時間立馬換了一家酒店。這種酒店我就搞不懂哪來的這麼多好評，還有那個床啊，就床的聲音大的要死，下面都是空心的，就幾根棍子支撐着，那個洗澡的地方那個螺絲🔩都生銹了都沒換，還説保潔沒注意到，我請問天天去打掃，怎麼會沒看到。這種酒店我下次再也不會定這種了，很垃圾，不對，沒有下次了都。設施：垃圾，空調是沒有冷的衞生：很不好，那個刷牙的杯子沒有洗乾淨環境：樓頂在施工，吵死了

首先，這個酒店就是我見過最圖文不符最垃圾最噁心至極的。蟑螂愛好者和喜歡被客服羞辱的遊客可以選擇。設施：n手超臟傢俱拼湊，80年代的沙發，噁心的不行，床腿是黑色的，天花板上的蜘蛛網一定是有的，花灑一定是壞的，所見之處一定是臟的。衞生：蟑螂會隨機在沙發底下，廁所裏，床下跑出來，水池裡有上一位客人吃剩的瓜子，桌子沒擦，床單破洞。環境：貧民窟中的貧民窟。服務：這個要好好説説了，我和朋友于當天十一點鐘到達南昌，入住貴酒店的時候直接傻掉，本着將就一夜的想法，我們住下了。半夜陸續出現了蟑螂，花灑根本沒法用，發現蜘蛛網，隔音非常差（半夜能聽到雞叫聲）等等問題，由於該酒店是十二點之後客服下班，決定第二天反應給酒店。反應後沒有得到任何反饋，話裏話外全是狡辯和推脱，甚至侮辱説我們是白*，農村人，要花兩百塊買我們兩個好評，我們拒絕了，不願再坑騙其他遊客。查看平台平時賣80一晚的酒店，黃金週變成490一晚，我不知道這是什麼情況。一開始沒有人想要你們怎麼樣，得來的卻是惡意的猜測和誤解，後續是投訴到平台，我們得到了應得的補償，並且決定一定會寫下這個差評，以警示所有想定這個酒店的朋友們，一定要慎重，不要助長這種無良商家行騙之風。後悔沒有留下更多證據，這些圖都是給朋友吐槽拍的，事實衹會更恐怖，歡迎商家來跟我互動^_^
