1.服務態度好:無論是前台小姐姐還是客房保潔阿姨態度非常親切，熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。2.設施齊全:酒店各項設施非常齊全，六樓有自助洗衣機，在房間還可以跟小度聊天，小度可以控制電視和空調等。3.周邊交通便利:酒店地理位置優越，附近不但有夢時代非常熱鬧。4.清潔衞生好:酒店的衞生情況非常好，客房的清潔工作做得很到位，床鋪也跟舒適，公共區域也保持得乾淨整潔。5.服務效率高:酒店服務效率很高，辦理入住和退房手續迅速，員工能夠快速響應客人需求，解決問題。6.這次在南昌短暫的停留讓我非常滿意

前台服務差，態度惡劣，我定的是雅緻大床，給我的房間連個桌子凳子都沒有，辦入住前已告知安排好點的房型，前台直接懟回説沒房了，但是攜程上面還有雅緻大床，請問別人再定雅緻大床你拿什麼房間給別人，，房間坐的地方都沒有，吃飯蹲着吃，連放衣服都沒地方放，不值房費183元，房間設施設備差，連個電話都沒有，要洗漱用品還得自己跑前台去拿，很不方便，隔音效果差，連個熱水都要放半天，看圖片吧，

靠近馬路街邊的一個酒店 整體衞生還算OK，設施該有的都有，但是我住進來第一晚沒多久不知道被什麼東西咬了 一直都是紅色的，早上起來想開窗户透透太陽，窗户旁邊有幾個小黑色蟲子飛，我不知道是不是沒有打掃過窗邊還是啥？服務也比較一般般 國慶來的 很貴 感覺性價比不高 有一説一設施還算很OK的 衞生間熱水洗澡一會水壓大一會水壓小的？？？

入住這家酒店太明智了！位置好到沒話説，交通便利，周邊配套設施齊全。房間裏的設施維護得很好，用着都很順手，空調製熱/製冷效果很棒，洗澡水也很舒服。工作人員態度都特別好，熱情又專業。雖然不含早，但這點完全不影響，畢竟住得舒心才是最重要的，下次來還會優先考慮！

大廳沙發臟的不行，黑的都看不出來顏色了，和朋友一起去，定了個大床房，十點就能入住我們十二點半到的，和我們説沒房間，讓我們等到兩點別的客人退房了打掃完了我們才能住，説我們定的是特價房房間很少，酒店的頁面壓根就沒寫是特價房，是特價房我就不會定了，和攜程客服聯繫反饋了近半小時才成功入住，我們一直站在前台邊上，前台還不主動叫我們去辦入住，和攜程客服説我們不在，房間也很小廁所窄的站都站不直，房間網絡也很差勁，下次不會再去了。
