酒店服務特別好，前台小姐姐Tina 很熱情，房間免費升級了套房，房間很大很乾凈，住的很舒服，早餐也很好，品種豐富，有南昌特色的瓦罐湯，這一次對南昌的印象很好，值得推薦

酒店在高層，地庫停車很方便，但上到房間得坐三次電梯。硬件符合五星標準，但這個燒水壺的櫃子門設計的真的是奇葩，還不如沒有更好，又硬又礙事，帶小孩的得注意。其次管理團隊水平不太夠，一份歡迎水果從我下午入住到晚上回來都沒送到，管家上午提前電話詢問非常好，可惜業務不行，説了等於白説，我要朝西的房間，她給我安排朝北的，最後我前台才知道我的房型沒有朝西的，哈，你説這是什麼事，原本好好的服務搞成個噱頭。再有晚上到前台投訴歡迎水果的問題，值班經理盡然在前台工作，啊第一次見到五星級酒店的值班經理在前台辦理入住，再忙他頂多站在外圍協調才對，再説那會已經快23點了。最最關鍵的是一個值班經理的西服皺巴巴，褲腰帶塞進去的襯衫還露出，這個形象哪裡有點洲際五星級的樣子！倒反第二天退房時的前台一位女士，一看房號就對昨晚的問題主動做了抱歉説明，話術形象和態度就很專業，與昨晚那位不修邊幅的值班經理天差之別！最後説下前台後面的工作枱麪，堆的亂七八糟，各種小物件都有，管理層是擺設麼？看不見？一個洲際旗下的五星這幅門面？早餐比較豐富，也是全國住了很多洲際旗下酒店，第三次遇見有專門會員用餐區的，可是…這又是個形式主義！有會員餐，就是個甜品…而且什麼人都可以做這個區域，也不用驗證會員！何必多此一舉呢。學學廣東那邊的會員早餐區，幾十種早茶點心自助。既然要設立就好好搞。因為你們是洲際旗下五星酒店，我也是洲際常客，所以才會有這些建議。
