From check-in, Li Yuan (李媛）was friendly and attentive, swiftly handled requests, offered helpful tips for my stay and local areas and even answered my questions outside of her work time. She also offered a complimentary room upgrade, a room with great river view. Thanks to her genuine hospitality.
The self-service laundry service provided by the hotel is very helpful and convenient. The breakfast has a good variety of freshly prepared food.
The location is unbeatable. It’s steps away from the iconic Tengwang Pavilion, and a short walk to the metro (Line 1), riverside promenades, shopping streets (Zhongshan Road), and fantastic local restaurants.
Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

TTK in small universeWe booked this hotel based on our trust in the Holiday Inn standard, but unfortunately, it fell short compared to other hotels on our trip. We found the overall standard to be quite low in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and service.
The price felt high for what it offered when compared to other hotels in the same area. While it's certainly close to the train station, if you have a lot of luggage, you'll still need a taxi, which can be problematic for short distances here.

Every staff member at the front desk had a super good service attitude. When I checked in, I sent a souvenir. When I checked out, there was a souvenir. The room was also very large and the decoration was very nice. Just next to Wanshougong subway station, the location is super convenient, you can go shopping when you go out, you can go back to rest when you are tired, it is really super recommended

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too!
The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there.
Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think.
The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service.
