Regarding the environment: The room was very clean. The main thing was its proximity to Nanchang West Station, and the room had a beautiful view – I could just lie down and enjoy the lake view. Regarding the service: During my period, I called the front desk, and they promptly sent up sanitary pads and brown sugar. It felt very heartwarming. Regarding cleanliness: I stayed for several days, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily. One day, I accidentally pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button, but the cleaning lady still went in. I only found out when the front desk called me. This attention to detail really put me at ease. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, and it offered good value for money!

The Kids' Club was spacious and adorably decorated, featuring soft floor mats, colorful slides, building blocks, and a picture book area. My child had a blast the moment they walked in. Safety measures were excellent, with protective features on all equipment, allowing parents to relax and free their hands. The club was regularly cleaned and disinfected, with no odors – a perfect score for attention to detail.
