Beautiful room with nice kitchen area. Very large bathroom. Very clean. Plus, a secure parking space included in the price of the room. Autonomous entries and exits with simple and effective explanations. Very well located, not far from the city center and Place Stanislas

Contrary to what I had read, the studio was very good, clean, well appointed, and spacious. There is no television but wifi allows you to follow a program on the phone, tablet or computer. Closed parking is included in the price. The area is quiet and located 5 minutes from the city center by car. The only downside is the absence of anyone at reception during this holiday period, which could have been problematic in the event of problems. The instructions received by SMS and email make it easy to collect and return the keys. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

We found everything we needed there and even more, parking, wifi, kitchen, tea, etc. For a price that was more than pleasant in the end. Très agréablement surprise par rapport aux commentaires laissés. Le studio était spacieux, très fonctionnel, propre ,calme bien qu étant côté rue . Le seul petit bemol était qu il n y avait personne à la réception mais toutes les instructions pour récupérer les clés ont été envoyées par mail et sms. Cela serai plus gênant en cas de problème mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Le plus ,un parking gratuit , fermé, en communication avec la residence

Très décevant !
Contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire dans le descriptif, il n'y a ni accueil, ni service de garde des bagages (avant l'heure officielle ni après le départ).
Les chambres ne sont pas numérotées, pour trouver la mienne, c'était un peu au hasard.
Les plaques électriques dans la cuisine ne fonctionnaient pas.
Enfin, (en juin) il y faisait une chaleur étouffante.
