The front desk service is excellent. Staff is friendly & helpful. They also provide a metro station map highlighting scenic spots. Value added service like the self laundry & night supper make the hotel homely.
There is one concern which was also highlighted in another review that the room has some stench of smell as you enter the room. I think it comes from the shower / toilet as there is no ventilator.
The room is well equipped including a coffee machine & some free light snacks. As I mentioned earlier that I feel comfortable, convenient & homely staying in the hotel.
The room I have also has a small balcony, nice.

Great in every way! except the noise… the traffic was so loud outside and we could hear cars honking every seconds. Amazing localisation by the train station

UrCove is within 5-min-walk from 南京南站 to hotel. The welcoming is touching. The room is clean & breakfast is of quality. The night snack from 2200-2230 renourish our hungry after a long day trip. Staff 小趙 help us change pillows. UrCove would be our priority option next time. The area needed improvement was the way to hotel were broken & need repirement.
