My recent stay at UrCove Hotel Nanjing South Railway Station was incredibly reassuring and satisfying. This is absolutely one of the highest‑quality hotels near Nanjing South Railway Station, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in this area. The hotel’s location is unbeatable. It is just a short walking distance from the railway station, which completely eliminates the anxiety of rushing for high‑speed trains during peak travel seasons. Situated in a commercial building, the surrounding area is extremely convenient. The lower floors offer various dining options, coffee shops, and even document printing services, covering almost all daily travel needs. Considering the excellent service and room quality, the hotel provides outstanding value for money. The staff here are professional, patient, and service‑oriented. The team, especially Ms. Xie and Pan pan were gentle, attentive, and responsive to every request. They communicated thoughtfully throughout the stay, added me on WeChat for convenient follow‑up, and always replied promptly to my questions. They went out of their way to send location pins and building photos to help me navigate the area, which was incredibly considerate. I also extended my stay during the trip, and the staff made the whole process extremely effortless. There was no need for complicated check‑out and re‑check‑in procedures; I simply renewed my room key and stayed in the same room seamlessly, bringing great convenience to my travel schedule. The hotel facilities are modern, clean, and well‑maintained. The rooms feature full tiled interiors, spacious showers, and vanity mirrors with makeup lights. The in‑room desk and chair are comfortable for resting or working, and the large soft bed guarantees a great night’s sleep after a long journey. Daily housekeeping service is thorough and meticulous, keeping the room tidy and fresh at all times. The hotel is equipped with intelligent delivery robots, making food ordering extremely convenient and hassle‑free. I was deeply impressed by the warm festive atmosphere during the National Day holiday. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a strong holiday vibe, and the creative blind box lottery activity was full of sincerity, making my stay more special and memorable. In addition, the hotel provides delicate late‑night snacks in the lobby, bringing great warmth to guests. Another huge advantage is the hotel’s supporting facilities on the 10th floor. It features a 24‑hour self‑service laundry room and gym, which are accessible at any time of the day or night. These amenities perfectly meet guests’ daily fitness and laundry needs during long trips, making the stay far more comfortable and convenient. quite nice hotel. The front desk was friendly plus the complimentary was guute excellent. The only little problem was the cleaning. The lady would come pretty early before the night we would go out and in the morning needed full sleep but she would come very early as someone whose sleeping i would need atleast 50 seconds to get up and open the door but she would knock 3 times very fast and swing the door open she couldve opened it a little bit and see rather we were inside once i was showering I WAS SHOWERING!!!!! She entered plus SWINGING THE DOOR OPEN 🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️ please fix that other than that the room was very pleasant

I have previously reviewed this hotel and found it to be exceptional value for money. This was the extended part of my booking. So now I can comment on the remai ing facilities such as the Hotel's Gym and Laundry. The Laundry is fully equipped with 3 commercial grade smart washing machines and three commercial grade clothes dryers. They are really quiet and you can barely hear them running. There is also space of finished washing to ensure the washing machines are always available as soon as possible le, there are clear instructions for use in both English and Mandarin. They Dryers also have a table of recommended heat settings and durations for different fabric types. The Laundry also is equipped with an iron station so if you are a business traveller and need your suit looking its best there is the ability to iron your shirts. The Gym is also good. It has a pair of treadmills, and clinical machine a Abdominal crunch machine, two towing machines, a cable resistance machine and a selection of dumbbells from 2kg up to 20kg. Check out was super easy and took only a matter of minutes. The staff were also very polite and helpful. This is a very clean, comfortable hotel and is a great experience Inside the room there is also a mini bar fridge and a safe for your valuables. Will stay here again on my next trip to Nanjing.
