The three families with their children...enjoy the end of the holiday...the first experience of the RV camp, I feel pretty good, the lady at the front desk (Chen front desk) warmly welcomed us and explained the route in detail. We had a barbecue in the yard, and the housekeeper provided us with mosquito coils. , Sometimes the shortcomings, a phone call is soon delivered! Fireworks were set off for the children at night...

We stayed in three RVs and one courtyard. Each RV has different levels of equipment and facilities. However, the area is beautiful, the lobby service is first-rate, and the breakfast is fairly generous. The adults and children had a great time.

兒子五歲，三車庭院沒訂到，改成兩車庭院+木屋，離的很近，很方便，空氣很好，房間也很乾凈舒服，晚上還有篝火晚飯放煙花，值得來一趟，客房部馮管家很給力，呼叫立馬響應，耐心又負責，贊贊

整體不錯，房車面積不大，但還帶一個迷你桑拿房。不過客廳裏的小床翻身容易有響聲，估計是裏面彈簧的聲音。院子很舒適，涼亭裏面還可以自助燒烤，燒烤台是現成的，食材和其他工具可以自備也可以找管家選購。晚上度假區有篝火和煙火，適合親子出遊。

還是幾年前來過一次，當時覺得帶娃來玩特別好，於是十一和朋友們一起帶娃來住房車，特別表揚大山房車客房部中班服務員馮管家，因為我們一共有四家一起出行，燒烤的時候需要的東西也比較多，但是一發訊息給馮管家，她立刻就會根據需求把東西送過來，態度也很友好，給她五星好評。

雖然是房車，但是很大很乾凈整潔，剛進車裡有點味道，打開窗户通一會兒風就可以了。房車裡電磁爐，微波爐都有，熱水還不錯，衞生間也很乾凈。我們住的湖景三房車院落，院落裏的桌面居然也很乾凈，這個天也沒有蚊子，燒烤架烤火很舒服，看起來很乾凈。馮管家服務也比較到位，臨時要個應急燈前台也能安排維修人員送過來。朋友們一直玩到凌晨，院落裏折騰的不輕，工作人員也沒有怨言，恰巧朋友孩子的手機丟車上了，退房後，管家發現了，也能及時聯繫到我們。總之，非常滿意的一次露營體驗。下次還去哦🤗

一房車，一院落，一家人。
環境很棒，貼近大自然。房車雖小，但“五臟”俱全，裏面設施還挺全，但也確實有些稍微老舊，但這些也不會引起體驗不好。
院落裏燒烤挺方便，管家服務也很周到，馮管家服務態度很好，訂的燒烤會按時送達，門鎖有問題，也及時幫忙解決。
