主要是老的房子改造的，但是因為當時想看玄武湖，所以就定了這家，環境一般。老闆人很好，行李是可以寄存的，而且是一個大平層隔了幾間房就那樣。

房間臟亂差，地板都是凹下去的床是嘎吱嘎吱響的，前面都是油漬，床單被罩上都不乾淨強烈差評

設施：衞生間很大，但房間很小，有冰箱，洗衣機但曬衣服不太方便，風大衣服吹倒或者吹走都有。
服務：缺啥聯繫老闆，服務到位！！
衞生：入住後房間衞生就是自己負責，扔垃圾在民宿門口有個大垃圾桶。
設施：床真的一言難盡，是彈簧床，不上手一看就知道是彈簧，誰在上面特別難受，很硬然後還一圈圈！！最重要的是空調出風口對着頭吹，還不能調風向，睡一晚上起來渾身難受，第二天開始頭在床尾睡就還好。
床頭插口衹有一個，充電愛玩手機的真的很麻煩！選的景觀房，窗户打開之後蚊子特別多，還毒，蚊香液也沒有太大用處！！!

性價比很高，開窗就看得到玄武湖，地鐵站100米就到，還有洗衣機和冰箱。但是衹有壓縮毛巾，也沒有驅蚊的，然後窗台的桌子有點高了。不過在價格面前，這些都是小問題。老闆服務也很好，總之還是很推薦來這裏的。
