Atour Hotels in Nanning

Getting around is incredibly convenient. From Nanning East Station, you can take Metro Line 1 directly to Chaoyang Square. It's quite advanced how the metro even displays the estimated travel time to each station! The facilities and even the broadcast announcements are practically identical to those on the Guangzhou Metro, haha! Stepping out of the metro, I was immediately struck by the lively buzz of Chaoyang Square, with elderly people doing square dancing, karaoke, and all sorts of other activities. I wondered how noisy it would get in the evening, but it turned out to be surprisingly okay. Our room faced Chaoyang Square directly, and simply closing the outer layer of the window was enough to block out most of the noise. We arrived at the hotel around noon, and they were very accommodating, letting us check in after a short wait. Our room was conveniently located on the same floor as the laundry room, and it was also thoughtful that there were no guest rooms right next to the laundry area. Food deliveries can be brought up by robots. You can also experience Atour's legendary pillows – which was actually one of the main reasons I booked here. Though, to be honest, I found them just 'okay' in the end. The room was also fully equipped, with Type-C ports and wireless charging pads conveniently placed everywhere – they've really thought of everything! The hairdryer was also great, though my only minor regret was that it didn't come with a styling nozzle. There's parking available right outside, but spaces are limited. Electric scooters are definitely the most convenient way to get around! 😂 P.S. A quick side note – I highly recommend checking out the Nanning Iron Flower performance. Make sure to queue early to get a spot closer to the front for a truly spectacular experience! It's also easy to find hair salons nearby for a quick wash. And coincidentally, from one of them, you can even spot a Nanning landmark!

The service is very good. All the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. They also provide free laundry service. The breakfast service is very good and they can remember every guest's needs carefully. The hotel is upstairs in the shopping mall. Downstairs is the subway station and the commercial street. It is very convenient. Recommended

The hotel is spanking new. The furnitures in the room is well arranged to allow good space to move about. The nearest metro station is about 7 mins slow walk. A lovely surprise would be the washer and dryer in the gym room, which comes with detergent and softener. Amenities has been well thought off and prepared for the guest. The staff are friendly and most helpful. A special thank you goes to 春娜 (Chun Na) for her assistance in helping to make a purchase on their corporate website and arranged for delivery.

Very modern and elegant design. Staff is as usual very friendly and helpful, makes you feel very welcomed. As it is a very new hotel, there’s some slight hiccups with the hardware, such as loud aircon. Otherwise, it is perfect. Overall it is still highly recommended

The room was quite noisy due to poor sound insulation. Our window was close to a busy road, so every passing car at night was clearly audible. We could also easily hear people talking and doors closing in the hallway. In the middle of the night, there were tapping sounds from upstairs. I had to message the staff twice via the hotel's app to get a text response, which was quite slow. However, they did offer a compensation plan, although by the time it was offered, I had already fallen asleep thanks to sleeping pills. They also gave a small gift upon checkout, which barely earned my forgiveness. The room's facilities were a bit dated, but fortunately, there was no mold or similar issues. It was also convenient being on the same floor as the laundry room.

I've always stayed at Atour Hotel, whether it's a get-together with friends or a business trip. This time, my bestie hadn't stayed there before, so I chose Atour again! The quality is as good as ever, both in the environment and the room types. The only downside is that, as it's new, the renovations weren't quite finished. The morning I left, the renovations were very noisy. I called the front desk, and they only turned down the volume a bit... It seems Atour's soundproofing has always been a bit lacking... I hope they can improve! But I'm still very satisfied.

It's perfect for both business and leisure trips. After a busy day at work, you can walk to the park in just five minutes in the evening, enjoying the evening breeze. It's a truly unique experience you won't find in other business hotels. ”The attention to detail is exceptional. I forgot my charger on this trip, but the bedside USB charging port was a thoughtful touch. The curtains are electric, and best of all, I heard this is the latest version of Atour, with smart voice control. After trying it out, it's perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to move in bed. It's fantastic!”

Environmental hygiene: Atour is pretty good, but the bedding is not very clean. My children and I have allergies, and we will get red rashes if the bedding is even the slightest bit dirty, so we got a few red rashes after sleeping all night, and we bought takeout except It will be better if you spray it with mite spray. Facilities: The hotel is located in Liangqing New District. The surrounding area feels like a new development area. There are basically office buildings, and there are unfinished buildings next to it. The hotel is in the Bubugao Building. There are several hotels in this building. Atour Hall is on the first floor. The guest room floors are on the 17th-20th floors. Fortunately, the elevator can be entered by swiping a card, which is relatively safe. There are few types of breakfast, not many choices, and there are no Laoyou fans when I go there around 8:50 for two consecutive days. I just wanted to go to Guangxi and try Laoyou powder, but I haven't had it. It's a pity, and It’s just that many of the chairs in the restaurant have broken leather and haven’t been updated. There was a small cockroach where I was sitting. Service: Fortunately, the service was very good. The male staff who checked in, I saw the work ID was called Duo'er. He was very fast. It was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night when we checked in. He saw us with our children and quickly arranged a room. . In addition, when ordering takeout, because the robot could not deliver it in time, a female staff member personally delivered it, which was also very good and very welcoming.
