非常好，環境整潔乾淨，用品齊全，設施也很好，前台服務也很好，下次還會選擇這家，性價比也很高，比較安靜，不吵，隔音也還行

選的帶窗房，但是房間窗户打開面對的是隔壁建築的牆壁，且紗窗壞了沒辦法開窗透氣，房間裏也沒有可以晾衣服的地方（但是提供了一個乾衣的吹風機器 衣服掛在下面就行），所以衣服多的話會比較潮濕，但是小姐姐讓把衣服掛在樓上上，服務態度點贊🙂

首先呢本人是定了延遲退房的權益，但是入住的時候前台跟我説讓我們下午1點退房，我講我定的是2點的延遲退房，前台就説是因為明天下午客入住多，説得還挺理直氣壯的。首先我花了錢，這也是我所享受的權益，這樣子合適嘛。酒店衞生啥的這方面還是可以的，但是就因為這一點讓別人真的很難接受

房間很温馨，剛開始我們訂的那個大床房有點潮濕，雖然房間很緊張，但是我們申請換房了之後，店家還是給我們換了一個房，免費升級了房間，服務態度也很好。

房間很温馨！有衣服烘乾機就很棒！有點賓至如歸的感覺，這個房型是小小的，但是很有安全感！

房間的味道大，開空調的時候空調的風也有很大的味道，廁所地板臟，房內光線不好，房內設施陳舊。前台服務態度隨意，沒有及時給客人處理問題。
事件一: 房間設施陳舊，第一次前台給開的房間門的防盜鏈損壞不能正常使用，到前台反應情況給我開了另一個有防盜鏈的房間，但房內光線陰暗
事件二:蓋棉被時感覺很癢給前台打電話詢問是否可以換被單，前台説沒有多餘的床單不可以換，由於很癢很難受第二次再次給前台打電話詢問，前台説被單每天經過清洗可能是我自身的問題，並多次強調可能是我自身問題。最後我詢問前台這個問題是否可以解決，前台依然説可能是我自己問題並拒絕給我換房間。隨後經過四十分鐘左右另一個酒店的相關人員給我打電話並表示可以給我換房間，但也一直強調可能是我的問題。因為服務態度一般且時間已晚行李也多，所以婉拒了。
