網絡照片和位置相當不錯，從機場到酒店，司機一直好奇，説這個酒店被拍賣了，還開着嗎？一片漆黑，不好走，感覺像拍恐怖片的地方。
第二，酒店歷史非常悠久，所以一號樓裝修非常陳舊。2號樓門口的路坑坑窪窪，推行李都十分費勁。
第三，第一晚到酒店時已經12點過了，我因為受傷，無法走路，酒店有禮賓的情況下，我無法走路有目共睹，行李又多的情況下，不送行李到2號樓，後來是我主動要求送，才送的行李。
第四，臨時收到公司通知，需要提前一天回家，我提前聯繫酒店前台，當時4點多，前台告知，攜程退訂後直接補鐘點房價格70即可，但過了二十分鐘，前台説需要加收129的房費，讓我聯繫攜程，我聯繫攜程客服，客服人員説為我免費取消了。
本來對酒店還算中規中矩，但最後聯繫我的酒店前台二十分鐘前後説話完全不一致，態度也差，為南寧之旅畫上了唯一一個不好的句號。請各位謹慎選擇該酒店。

超級不滿意的一次入住。第一天晚上凌晨三點多到，前台竟然沒有人。等了什幾分鐘也沒人。過段找攜程退了一天。後面還有訂單因為機票訂的沒退。又回來住了。退房時停車衹給優惠抵扣。還要自己付款60停車費。前台不耐煩的説衹有這樣，他們也沒辦法。還星級酒店。

酒店園區很大，分樓不少，但感覺管理很混亂，好像很多地方都被分包出去了，酒店的住客居然不能享用酒店的泳池，還要額外買票入場。
院子太大，車也停的亂，有不少被荒廢的區域，綠植管理和衞生都沒跟上，有種強烈的落魄感。

晚上7點多到酒店，前台登記時發現沒有房間，應該是和領導電話溝通，對方告知房間還在打掃，挪動設施，沒辦法入住，要我們等待，很大聲的説要是沒辦法等就換一家。詢問需要等待多久，回覆不能確定。沒有時間範圍就讓我們在酒店大堂等待。
因為覺得浪費時間我們寄存了行李就外出吃飯，吃完飯回來就有房間入住了。大體衞生還行，但是毛巾很臟。
當天交費時，173的房費付款了400元（包含按金），隔天退房時差額會原路退回。退房時無立馬退回差額，當面溝通時説晚些，還需要查房。到了下午五點多還沒到賬，電話溝通説要24小時內才能退回。直到隔天早上差額才到賬。
總結:衞生一般，無法立即入住，按金退費不及時。沒有下次。

活了三十年住的最垃圾的酒店，從來沒有給過任何一個酒店這個評價，前台傲慢無禮，回答問題帶敵對情緒，業務不熟練，自己家游泳池開沒開都不清楚，作為自治區黨政機關的御用會議酒店，可以説成功的拉低別人的檔次，按金想收多少就多少，退的時候也極度慢，第一次碰見這種酒店！！！
