It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in! Every time i come to nantong, i go there. The location is great near a few shopping centres and they have amazing breakfast including. Very clean and comfortable room

Mercure near Gongnong street exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and many attractions nearby (mall Incity in front). The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city or working. It’s perfect for business trips. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, my experience at Mercure was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying stay in the center of modern Nantong, near CBD, Harmony mall a few steps walking, super good location!

本來定了兩天，退掉了一天。原因是當我走進房間看到洗手間地面過門石磨損、電視機櫃下面的氛圍燈的燈帶掉落、院子裏角落裡的蜘蛛網，讓我不自覺地萌生想法：“第二天還是不住兒這兒了吧……”
不過值得一提的是前台有個中年接待人員服務意識很強，態度很棒，值得點贊！

衞生：整體很乾凈舒適
服務：大堂早上打招呼的前台很甜，有禮貌説話又有愛，帶給人很舒服的感覺。晚上需要加的拖鞋很快就送到了。
設施：設施還行，如果吹風機升級一下就好了
