Daca Luxury Rooms

Excellent location which I feel quite safe near Napoli train station. Very chic room design with a lovely balcony. So comfortable!!

Clean, superb location, within walking distance to old town and tourist attractions. However, the WiFi connection is not stable, couldn’t access WiFi during the second night and was told that there was a lack of line in the area.

Super close walk to/from train station. Off a main street with lots of great restaurants, other hotels. Across the street from Metro. Location wise it’s great. Difficult to locate because there is no signage. If the door wasnt open and a man asked me in broken english of i was looking for Daca then I would’ve been struggling on where to go and what to do to check in. They need to put signage near the door, arrows to the elevator, and tell you to go to the 5th floor once inside. Otherwise guests will not know. Inside it’s old and a little sketch, but one you get into Daca area it’s really nice. They basically bought space, gutted it and built out a hallway with maybe 6 individual hotel rooms. Everything is new, hardwood flooring, furniture, lighting, bedding, bathroom fixtures, shower, toilet, tv, blackout curtains, etc. A nice lady checked us in, gave us a key card and explained how to access the bldg, main door and room door. Said housekeeping would clean the room daily and call if we needed anything. All was great until this point. We stayed overnight and used all the towels and tp. No face towels so had to use the smallest ones to wash so they were completely wet. Used the hand towels drying hands so they were fairly wet too. Used bath towels so they were wet and actually dirty so put all wet towels on floor to indicate no reuse and provide new ones during housekeeping. We got u early and left the next morning and didnt get back until maybe 6pm. Got to the room and saw that housekeeping came in the room, pulled up the bedspread but did NOT make the bed, provided 2 rolls of tp and left the wet towels on the floor without giving us new dry towels. What sense does that make? What are we supposed to use to wash now - the dirty wet towels on the floor? I AM LIVID. I called every number provided and couldn’t get anyone. We are not needy so figured a situation with no onsite assistance would be ok. NOPE. We needed tp last night but i happen to carry travel rolls with me all the time bc women have to pee a lot and sometimes public bathrooms dont have tp esp in third world countries where we often are so tp just happens to be a travel staple in my luggage. Bc of that, when we ran out the night before it wasnt a major issue although I was annoyed bc there should be a cabinet available onsite with things like tp and towels that guests can obtain if needed. I rent properties myself so I know the concern is always theft which is why owners are hesitant to do that, but now you have an annoyed guest. Lots of and a variety of food plus exercise equals lots of pooping so having no tp when u need it is a serious offense. But that’s not the reason I will never stay here again and Im pissed. The real reason is that housekeeping came in the room and noticed we were out of tp and replaced that, but ignored the fact that there were no towels for us to use and simply didnt give a ish. They cant say they didnt know. They literally just gave zero farts and not only d
