Had a very good stay. Room was clean and serviced each day. Was provided meal ticket for coffee and danish at cafe next to building which worked out nicely. Location was good, easy access to transportation and not too far from attractions. Plenty of nearby places to eat, and a large supermarket just a few blocks away. Would recommend and stay again.

房間硬件設施優質，裝修考究，衞生條件良好，整體環境符合“民間總統套房”的定位。
不足之處及建議：
接待服務流程欠缺
入住時未安排現場接待，導致無法進入大門，耗時20多分鐘通過聯繫攜程、詢問鄰居才得以解決。抵達四樓後仍無人接應，最終通過門上電話聯繫到工作人員。這個過程大概也有20分鐘以上的時間。
建議：
若需自助入住或非面對面接待，應在網頁顯著位置明確説明流程。
隔音效果不佳
酒店臨街，夜間車輛噪音明顯，窗户隔音性能不足，嚴重影響休息。
建議：
升級為雙層或隔音玻璃，降低外界干擾。
窗簾遮光性差
路燈光線透入房間，誤判天亮時間，干擾睡眠。
建議：
更換為遮光窗簾，提升夜間舒適度。
衹有這樣才不達到民間版的“總統套房”標準。

프런트가 없는 호텔이지만 사전에 전화나 메신저로 연락하면 친절하게 대응해줍니다. 호텔 내부는 깨끗하고, 에어컨이나 따뜻한물은 잘 나옵니다. 최고로 좋은점은 스마트 TV가 있어서 넷플릭스나 유튜브를 볼 수 있다는 것입니다. 마지막날 오전에 일찍 출발하느라 걱정이었는데 택시까지 잡아줘서 너무 고마웠습니다. 다음에 나폴리를 방문하면 다시한번 이용하고 싶네요. 👍
