Hotel molto accogliente e funzionale con vista mozzafiato da cui si respira aria di nobiltà, esterni e servizio ottimi niente da dire, le stanze leggermente scomode ma lo stesso molto accoglienti, tutto sommato un’esperienza quasi perfetta.

Réservation en ligne pour une nuit en demi-pension du 21 au 22/10. Arrivés sur place, on nous informe que le restaurant est fermé pour une soirée privée. On nous propose malgré tout un repas express (quelques pâtes en entrée, deux fines tranches de viande et une poignée de frites, et une salade de fruits en dessert). Le lendemain matin, c’est le comble : pour le petit-déjeuner, quelques biscottes et un café au lait nous sont proposés dans une salle où est passé un tsunami : obligés de débarrasser nous-même un coin de table pour pouvoir prendre notre café. Prestation pitoyable, indigne d’un hôtel Resort**** Nous faisons part de notre mécontentement à l’accueil, la réceptionniste est gênée par cette situation ubuesque mais elle n’est pas en mesure de nous consentir un geste commercial. Payer un tel prix pour une prestation aussi médiocre est inadmissible.

Resort meraviglioso, come recensito nel sito, tutto a regola d'arte. Bungalow perfetti, puliti e con tutti i confort. Ristoranti con ottimo pesce e crostacei. Volendolo visitare c'è anche il frantoio. Piscina attrezzata con ombrelloni lettini, doccia.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato un po’ più di due settimane in questo posto magnifico, viaggiamo spesso e di hotel ne abbiamo visti, questo è uno dei pochi che non ci ha fatto mancare la lontananza da casa. Location fantastica con un parco immenso e piscina. Il ristorante è indescrivibile non ho mai mangiato così tanto e bene. Il personale è fantastico a partire dal direttore alle ragazze alla reception ai baristi, ai camerieri e le ragazze delle pulizie delle camere (tra cui Anna la prima persona che incontravo appena uscivo dalla camera e ogni mattina mi strappava un sorriso). La posizione è un po’ decentrata ed è fantastica in quanto sei nella pace assoluta ma a pochi minuti in macchina dal mare e dal centro. Amano gli amici a quattro zampe. Torneremo sicuramente.

Piscina sporca acqua sporca e bottiglie con bicchieri sporchi sparsi da per tutto Perché mancava personale per le pulizie In camera non funzionava lo scarico e non c'era acqua calda.. quando siano andati a parlare con il direttore il signor Alessandro mi ha aggredito nonostante portavamo con noi una bambina di 2 mesi ..e stato una persona maleducata con tanta arroganza e potere che non do da dove lho prendeva ..e da sconsigliare a tutti quanti specialmente a chi ha bambini perché è tutto sporco ..nonostante tutto ci ha detto di andarcene fuori dallo stabile perché non aveva un'altra stanza che funzionava l acqua calda e ci ha sbattuti fuori alle 9 di sera con una bambina neonata...che SCHIFO

Sto soggiornando per le mie vacanze in questa fantastica location e purtroppo devo mettere solamente 5 stelle perchè di più non si può. Appena arrivate sarete accolti dall’immenso parco, tenuto in maniera impeccabile, che circonda l’imponente struttura. Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort e pulite quotidianamente dalle ragazze che cercano di capire i vostri ritmi giornalieri per recarvi il minor disturbo possibile (cosa che non capita mai in altre strutture). Le ragazze della reception sono simpaticissime, professionali e sempre pronte a darti una mano per ogni esigenza o per qualche consiglio sulla città. Il direttore dell’hotel, Alessandro, è un ragazzo innamorato del suo lavoro, molto cortese e professionale e sempre disponibile nei confronti degli ospiti. Il ristorante è sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello del resort: la cucina è veramente fantastica, tutti i piatti che fino ad ora ho assaggiato erano eccezionali! Se vi piace il pesce vi consiglio di lasciarvi guidare dal direttore della struttura che si prodigherà nel consigliarvi, a seconda del pescato arrivato giornalmente, i piatti migliori ed il vino giusto da abbinarci. L’unica pecca è che è troppo distante da casa mia, altrimenti tornerei volentieri anche per farmi solo un week end all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax! Complimenti!
