Reason for not recommending: After leaving the hotel, I received an inexplicable deduction of US$150 from the hotel! After Ctrip customer service intervened and communicated, the hotel continued to make up all kinds of disgusting and untrue reasons! This is the first time I encountered such a bad and dishonest hotel.

The room is quite big, with a kitchen. It is cleaned every seven days if you live in a row. If you need to change towels, you can ask the front desk to send them. I prepaid through *******. I had to leave one day early due to the snow storm on the east coast. When I inquired about a refund for the 1 unused night I was told by the person at the front desk that I had to go through ******* as it was paid to them. When ******* contacted the property they declined the request because I had checked out... Not pleased AT ALL!
The cleanliness of the room was OK except the carpet that was filthy, it had never been cleaned since it was put down I am quite certain. Same in the common areas of the hotel.
The elevator was dirty.
Choose another property.... I will never stay there again.

K liked the stay and the room was comfortable. They helped us a lot with the transportation and food deliveries by calling our rooms. What I didn’t like is that the room cleaning service was later than what I’m used to so I never got my rooms cleaned since I was out in the morning and back in the afternoon. Other than that good place to stay and a good budget. Do keep in mind when you complete your booking that they do charge you and extra fee that they’ll later return.
They had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. I would return if my work ever brings me back to New Orleans

My stay with you all was very pleasant. The staff was nice and friendly. My room was clean. Having a full kitchen was very productive when you are traveling with children. I really enjoyed my stay. Having hot breakfast in the mornings really was a plus. I plan staying her at my next visit to New Orleans which will be soon.
