When I reached the hotel stay itself was not available. The hotel management mentioned they renovated the property last week and we didn’t receive any prior notice either from the hotel or *******. and we were left stranded in the middle of the night. The hotel management then sent to an alternative place but there were no vacant rooms in that place either. This is the most unsafe and unpleasant experience I have ever faced especially in a city I’m visiting for the first time.
