Beautiful on the outside, magnificent on the inside ♥️ Spacious rooms and fully functional shower. Perfect location for the subway and a diner around the corner. Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nicely located in the heart of Williamsburg with many good restaurants near by. Staff also most helpful and friendly.

The location is convenient, the surrounding restaurants are also very convenient, and the hygiene is average

Facilities: OK Hygiene: OK Environment: Good, very close to the subway, very convenient for travel Service: Good, people are very nice and patient Old-fashioned classic hotel. Very convenient nearby, small convenience stores, ATM machines, breakfast shops are all very close.

The room is clean, comfortable and warm

The location, facilities, and service were good, so I visited again after a day, and this time I had a satisfactory stay. I would like to visit again if I have a chance soon :)

Did not like the attached destination fee upon arrival. Was taken off guard. Not a good first impression after spending a lot of money in the first place

Hotel convenient location to my son's apartment. Bed was super comfortable. The bath towels were not soft and quite rough on skin.

Ms. Williams at the front desk was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave us amazing service from beginning to end.

Property was easy and comfortable. access to dining and shopping, eg grocery, pharmacy, was limited.

Staff member on reception was unfriendly and jaded. Tried to get help adding my IHG number, couldn’t help.

We loved the location and the staff were great. The coffee was delicious in the morning the bar was lovely in the evening and our loft room was very cool. On a negative side the bathroom door in our room didn’t close entirely and the door to the patio allowed in lots of cold air.

Booked a loft suite on 1/13. On 2/14 a little after 1pm I received a call telling me I will have to get a different suite because there was a leak above the room I booked. I asked a few questions and the person on the phone pretty much was like all we have is the other suite. I’m assuming the hotel over booked and I that was the end result. When I did get to the hotel, I asked the person at the check in about the room being unavailable due to the leak and he informed me all he see if that the room changed and no other notes. I was pretty annoyed because I wanted the room I initially booked but overall the hotel is nice. The concierge was really nice during check in and out. The suite I received was cleanly and spacious, not what I wanted but I made it work.

The service here was impeccable. Elton and Brandon were beyond professional and resolved any hiccups swiftly. My guest really enjoyed the suite and upgrade. Definitely worth a return reservation.
