酒店位置比較方便，對面新開了cosmoc，附近步行就有shopping mall和餐廳，也比較新。
服務員都比較熱情。

退房時等半天前台也沒有人，趕時間去機場衹能在前台的房卡盒裡“drop key”，但到機場後收到結賬扣款短訊，竟然收了近20美金一晚的停車費，可我們明明沒有開車去啊！而且在辦理入住手續的時候也確認了我們沒有開車、不需要使用停車場。之後多次致電酒店得到的永遠是扯皮，説要轉其他部門確認，然後就沒有然後了… 這竟然是萬豪的服務品質嗎？！差評！！！

雖然不在市中心，但是這個地方環境好，治安好，性價比很高 ，適合網南邊走走，斯坦福 蘋果總部，遊樂園等等，房間乾淨整齊 配一個沙發床，有無障礙的設計，早餐不錯

가족 여행으로 방문했었는데, 신축 호텔이어서 시설이 매우 쾌적했고, 주차도 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다만, 호텔 주변이 공사 중이어서 조금 어수선했던 점, 아침에 투숙객에 비해 토스터기나 와플 메이커 수가 부족해서 대기가 길었던 것이 아쉬웠습니다.

Ruth was very welcoming and kind as we arrived at 1AM after a long drive. She even gave our 1 year old a balloon which was very kind. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely make this our stay the next time we are in the area

I wanted to like this place so I could recommend to others visiting the area;however, it was mediocre. The only advantage is that this is a newish hotel, so everything seemd in nice condition. Give it a couple more years and I'm sure conditions will be worse. The shower stall door open to the inside. The shower knob was behind the shower door and the shower head on the opposite side. You are forced to walk all the way in, turn on the water, and get sprayed by cold water. There is no way to avoid this. The QUEEN size beds are actually FULL size. The AC/ fan is sooooooo loud. Light bulbs were out on some of the lamps. The layput of the room was not used effectively. The closet was huge which seemed to be a waste of space. The TV was too far for one of the beds to even see.
