Good place to stay

This place is really run down, needs a lot of updating. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

Please do not let the pictures fool you! I will say that the location of this hotel is awesome. It is in walking distance to all of the local attractions. Cleanliness out of the window! Space in the room very little. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The linens and towels were stained and do not look to be washed well. The tub was peeling, the bathroom was not clean, the lock on the front door was junky and the Wi-Fi was bad.

Good place, near Niagara Falls and close to eating places and cheap in winter

Room is terrible and smell like public toilets. Bed sheets are dirty. Toilet door handle doesn't work. Only good thing about property is that it is close to Niagara falls park.

Das einzige was positiv zu erwähnen ist, war die Nähe zu den Niagarafällen ca 10Fußminuten entfernt! Ansonsten war die Unterkunft ihren Preis nicht wert! Unser weißen Adiletten (Hausschuhe) ist waren nach dem zwei Nächten in dieser Unterkunft unten komplett schwarz, so dreckig war der Fußboden!

Very close to all the attractions. Friendly people.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean except the carpet was damp and dirty. We booked last minute as we had to extend our trip and the hotel that we were staying at was sold out and couldn’t accommodate us for another night. The Passport Inn is what you’d expect from a motel but the owners were so nice that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That is until I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach crawling on my arm. Spent the rest of the night with my phone light on making sure I didn’t see any others come back out. Luckily I had a 5am flight and didn’t have to stay much longer.

The Wifi service is really poor.

The price was right! We literally planned our trip to the falls last minute, we were basically only in the room to sleep. It was very basic, but comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was, and the air conditioner was really cold. It was in walking distance of everything. And the man who ran it was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
