This was our third summer in a row staying in Villa Sefafina. That ought to be sufficient praise! Location is excellent, very accessible by tram to centre, old town, promenade. Apartment is properly equiped, regularly cleaned. Hugo, the manager is very efficent, available, authoritative and helpful. We intend to return to Nice again, and don't see any reason to search for alternative accomodation. Mike. Galway, Ireland

Super accueil résidence calme et sécurisé à 5 minutes en voitures du centre de Nice, Super séjours. Seul petit bémol le parking est assé petit. Je recommande néanmoins cette résidence. Je reviendrai avec plaisir si nice m'appel pour des vacances.

Aucun ménage n'a été fait, une horreur, âmes sensibles s'abstenir et ce en pleines précautions suite au covid! Sol gras et collant, linge de bain hors d'âge et souillé, toutes les poignées idem, grasses, collantes et surtout avec de la crasse visible incrustée dessus et tout est du même acabit. Aucun contact visuel avec qui que ce soit ni à l'arrivée ni au départ, réservation de l'ensemble du séjour (8 nuits) encaissée la veille de mon arrivée donc aucun recours possible. Pour finir, c bien simple j'ai dù faire du ménage de survie (anti dégoût) malgré une serpillière grouillante et impossible à essorer avec le seau dépareillé fourni avec et d'ailleurs cassé donc inutilisable pour ces deux raisons. J'ai préféré renoncer à joindre le responsable pour éviter de verser dans un mélodrame nauséabond où je pourrais aisément m'emporter et ensuite le regretter, c bien simple jamais auparavant, je n'avais ressenti une telle outrance, comme si on m'avait uriné dans le cou, une humiliation. À oublier

Je tiens à préciser : Je suis tombé malade 3 jours avant d'aller à Nice dans cet établissement, je les ai contacter juste après avoir annuler cette réservation à laquelle je n'ai eu suite de ma demande de report tout simplement. →Là j"ai fait une bétise car en ne demandant rien et en n'annulant pas j'aurai pu me présenter dans cet établissement 7 jours après puisqu'il y était prévu 7 nuits: pourquoi? 321 euros m'ont été prélevé dès le lendemain...super classe!!!! super belle affaire pour l'établissement.. Reserver une chambre du jour au lendemain dans un appart hotel c'est sans problème et annuler le jeudi soir pour le dimanche soir suivant vous taxe de la totalité du séjour+Les frais de dossier.... Mon certificat médical est fait, j'attends qu'il se bouge. En cas d'arrangement j'enlèverrai ce commentaire. Prendre la clientèle pour des pigeons...

La struttura è molto ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto pubblici, bus, tram e ferrovia con il centro ed il resto della città. Stanza con letto doppio alla francese, divano, angolo cottura, bagno spazioso e balconcino. Manager molto efficiente e cordiale. Prezzo contenuto.
