"The room was quite small, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Our room was right next to the stairs, so we could clearly hear people going up and down. The bathroom sink was a bit clogged, and the drain pipe had a slight leak. On the plus side, it's very close to the beach and also near the Old Town train station, about a 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute walk, so the location is good. Normal check-in is at 3 PM, but I arrived a little after 11 AM and was able to check in early for 30 euros. Check-out is at 12 PM, and I could extend it until 2 PM for 40 euros."

"Nice – a perfect hotel, top-tier. Just stayed at the Radssion Blu in Nice and the Peninsula Hotel in Paris, completely different experiences. This hotel brought me peace and fulfillment. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. I'd give the hotel's scent an 11/10 – it smelled amazing! I even picked up the soap packaging after washing my hands to take a picture, hoping to see what each one smelled like. The toiletries were all sample sizes, convenient to take home, and the air was filled with a herbal fragrance while I slept. The hotel is clean, imbued with a sense of divinity and artistry, beautifully blending 17th-century elements with modern design. There's no TV, but three windows and a balcony are a wonderful feature. The only downside is that the hotel address doesn't match the taxi drop-off point. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I contacted customer service, who replied that the hotel told me to get off at the correct address. However, it was an 11-minute walk from my drop-off point to my destination (I had three suitcases). I still don't know if the hotel's response was incorrect or if the customer service representative made a mistake. For those who have booked, please be careful! The correct drop-off address is 2 Rue Centrale. Then call the hotel shuttle to pick you up. Don't book 1 Rue!!! I've been to Nice three times, and this is my first time staying at this hotel. But I think I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I come to Nice for the fourth time. It truly brings happiness."

Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location."

"Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! Sad hotel looks nice but lots of but… if I give score for customer service I give 0"
