A great place while traveling on the pilgrimage. Very clean. I appreciate the coffee in the lobby.

I stayed here around November 20th. I chose to stay overnight for a multi-day course for high school boys. I'm sensitive to cold, but the air conditioning seemed to be good so I didn't get cold and my throat didn't get dry and I was comfortable. It was only adjustable with a dial, but I turned it on and off to adjust it to a weaker setting. It was standard, so the location is not outstanding, but it is sufficient. The breakfast was so delicious that both my son and I had a second helping. The taro was light, soft and moist. I was told at the reception that if cleaning is not necessary, you can leave your towel out and they will put a new one in. Every night we had dinner at the Aeon Mall next door. It's very convenient as you can walk and go shopping. The room was kept very clean and there was little noise at night. The Heart Network festival and local news were interesting and enjoyable.

It was a hassle that there was no hairbrush in the room. There may have been one at the front desk, but it was a hassle to go get it after taking a shower in the room, so I wish they would have left a brush or at least told us.

I use it once or twice a year. It's been a while since the COVID-19 pandemic, and this was my first time staying on the special floor. It's getting pretty old, so maybe it can't be helped, but I was bothered by the fact that the fabric on the upholstered sofa was worn out and you could see inside. Also, when I opened the curtains to look outside, the rubber on the window glass? It was disappointing that the gasket and the edge of the window frame were completely black with mold. The room and bathroom were nicely cleaned and comfortable, so I thought it was a shame. The people at the front desk and breakfast venue greeted me with a smile, so I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also delicious. I will use it again, so thank you.

The location was great and I was able to relax. I really enjoyed my trip along the Shimanami Kaido. Thank you very much.

The location is okay. Because it is next to a large AEON MALL, it can basically meet the shopping requirements, and there is no problem in meeting three meals. However, the room is relatively old and the equipment is relatively lacking... If you have no special requirements for accommodation, it is still acceptable.

Probably the best family option if you happen to be in this area. Walking distance to the Aeon mall, which has some restaurants. Loved the breakfast buffet!

There was a blood stain on the bathroom floor, which I didn't like. It was also unfortunate that the toilet cover was broken. The staff were very polite and pleasant.

I think the facilities are generally old, but I had some trouble with the toilet breaking down in the middle of the night and the washlet not working, so I'll give it an overall rating of 3 points.

I stayed with my family. I think this is the most prestigious hotel in the Toyo area. Although the interior is old, it has all the necessary facilities and the stay was comfortable. There was also free self-service coffee. Unfortunately, the wifi connection is extremely poor. Even when connected, it disconnected immediately and was of no use. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity in modern hotels is fatal. Aeon Mall is right next door, and if you pass by the chapel, you can get there almost directly, so you won't have any trouble shopping or eating or drinking.

The toilet was in the bathroom, so the floor got wet and there was a moldy smell.

Shopping is convenient, and the parking lot is spacious and easy to use. It's nice to be able to choose shampoo etc. The morning buffet is a bit unsatisfactory, but the cost performance is not bad.

Feeling quiet and calm I had a great time.
